This is a great store. New owners have stocked with new inventory, not just plumbing. It is a true hardware store with staff that are there to help you. Especially if you are a DIY'er.

The plumber was courteous and professional. He accepted the job, when he was on the way home. He informed us on what he was doing to remedy the problem and provided recommendations on how to prevent the problem from recurring. We were extremely satisfied with his work.

The service was prompt and outstanding. Caesar, the technician, explained to us everything he did and why. He also gave his tips for maintenance on residential plumbing. Mr. Rooter is an excellent plumbing company and I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs.

Service was great! Jose M. Orozco was such a professional who helped me find the parts I needed. They have quite a large selection of tools, parts and other miscellaneous items for any job you have around the house.

Highly recommend! Went in for a hose. While they did not have a hose we were able to come up with an extension. The man was very patient with me and very helpful. All were extremely friendly. And with all 4 parts cost was under $3. Got home and was able to install with no leaks.
