EP Backflows did an excellent job testing a 6” Backflow on a fireline I recently installed. Excellent turn around time. I called at 2PM and the test was completed the same evening.

I will definitely have them test my backflows in the El Paso area!

I have lived in El Paso since 2018. It has been rare for me to find someone in any field that was willing to truly go the extra mile for a client who didn't get any work done. When I was contacted by the EP Water company, they told me I needed to have a Backflow Preventer inspected and said if i didn't they were going to shut my water off. I called Adam from EP Backflows and he spent his after hours time with me to explain everything in detail, and what my next steps were. He even contacted the water company for me and got all the information I needed from them as a professional to get my home taken care of. I didn't even have an appointment with him, or have work done by him, but he was willing to give me his expertise to make me feel more comfortable. I 100% will be working with Adam and his company in the future for any and all plumbing issues I have. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Adam.

Adam promised to do a good job. Unfortunately he failed to finish the concrete work.
