Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Professional and knowledgeable staff. They were very punctual with quick service and kept me informed throughout the process.

After several estimates and attempts to find a trustworthy roofing company, I found Roof Tech Roofing and Coatings El Paso to be the best. They have fantastic customer service, from the owners to the repairmen, everyone was responsive and knowledgeable, plus the workmanship was top notch. The crew did a wonderful job on all of the repairs, they were on time, and stayed within the estimate. Excellent is the best way to define my interaction with Rooftech Roofing & Coatings El Paso. Mr. Adam was very efficient throughout the entire process. Adam was very patient and even though my roof was originally declined from my insurance he was there to guide me. Adam was prompt and answered every one of my calls. The roofers exceeded my expectations and were very friendly. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend.
