I have had two experiences with this company through my home warranty company so the price was my service call charge. Both times, the electrician was very knowledgeable and made quick work of ascertaining and fixing the issue.

Choice Home Warranty scheduled Ricardo Dominguez of Dominguez Electrician to come to my house to assess and fix my electrical panel that almost caught on fire. He was scheduled to come between 7am and 11am. When I reached out via phone to find a more exact time, I was told hang up and text instead. When I text, the person said they couldn’t come out until later in the day and blamed the warranty company for messing up the schedule. My husband took off work in the morning to be at the house for the repair and he works 1.5 hrs away. I asked if they could come by 10 and he said he could come at 11. I called the warranty company and they said that all of their contracted work are dispatched through a portal and the contractor chooses the appointment time. However, he still insists that the warranty company is to blame. After he agree to be here by 11, he changed his mind and said he would need to reschedule for the next day. I told him that I did not want to reschedule because I’ve already been waiting since Saturday to have someone come out and feel uncomfortable waiting longer given the risk involved. Not to mention that I am pregnant and have a young child at home, plus now not being able to use our washer and dryer because that is the part of the panel that almost caught fire. He then said that I just needed to find someone else. When I told him his handling of this was disappointing and unprofessional, he told me I was wasting his time and delaying his work. I have since called the warranty company and asked for a new technician since I have no other choice. Think twice before you consider working with Ricardo Dominguez. He does not take responsibility and doesn’t seem to care.

Ricardo is an excellent, honest electrician, who will work hard to get the job done and charge you a fair price. He will also take time to educate you on what he is seeing and what he’s doing so that you can learn a little bit about your house. I would not work with anyone else!

We just moved into our home and found our dryer outlet wasn't working when we plugged our dryer in. Daniel showed up on time, and discovered the issue very quickly.
