I can't say enough great things about this company, they have been very patient with me and gone above and beyond everything I have needed done from stump removal to clearing parts of our property, we're not done yet, next is rock and further tree removal, but thus far has been an amazing experience. A+. James is like the movie character "Edward Scissorhands". If you didn't know better you would think he has blades as fingers. The man has skills. He can handle any type of tree or shrub, big or small. He doesn't just make them look good, he makes them healthier by carefully selecting which branches to remove which also prepares them for the future.

After he did a great job on my 2 big oak trees I called him back to try and save a miniature burford holly which had become out of control. I did not have much hope but he cleaned it up and gave it a new lease on life. Now a couple weeks later it's covered with healthy new growth and already starting to fill out into a much more attractive shape.

I won't be contacting anyone else for my future tree care. I found my guy. Thank you to James and his crew.

James owns and maintains his stump grinding equipment. He has always been very competitive on his pricing. He leaves the area like the stump was never there. I highly recommend this service.

Hired to prune two Oak trees and trim a few bushes. Great folks and they knocked it out pretty quickly, and it looks good. Ground should get a lot more sun now, and I no longer have branches hanging onto the roof. I'll definitely hire them again knowing now that they also do landscaping, hardscaping, and other services beyond trees. Not only cleaned up the ground, but also skimmed the pool for the trimmed bushes that overhang the pool.

I was looking for a tree service to cut my trees in the front and the back yard cuz I just bought a house almost 2 years ago and just needed to be trimmed. I found them on Facebook and messaged them. They came to look at my trees and gave me a good price for my two of my trees. They came out for a stump grinding for us. James is a good human, a good family man, And I’m glad to know him. He is very Fair and I see evidence of great work daily. I’d vouch for him any day!

I contacted this company regarding a tree trim service and received a quote on June 3rd. I was told the job could be completed the following week, however manager wouldn’t be present due to a vacation. I told them that would be fine and to go ahead. During the following week, company did not show up and I did not receive any additional contact. I had to recontact company June 17th. Company delayed again providing a week as the earliest the job could be completed, not coming out until June 24th. Company provided above average work, besides leaving dead branches still hanging in trees and branches strewn about the yard.

Despite multiple delays on their own part, management for company left property after completion then contacted me via phone demanding immediate payment. When asked for valid form of payment to the company itself, management could only provide options to electronically send money to his personal accounts. Management was clearly upset about not being paid immediately upon completion of job, however had never stated such an expectation, despite having ample time to make this known during the month prior to actually showing up and performing the work.

I then contacted management less than two days after completion of work informing them that I would pay by check to the company itself the same day and would notify them of time that we could meet. Management ignored this and proceeded to come to my house undirected, sitting outside of it. During this time, management proceeded to engage with and yell at an uninvolved occupant of my residence, proceeding to demand money from the uninvolved individual. In addition, management threatened the uninvolved individual with criminal charges if he wasn’t immediately paid. Management displayed a clear lack of understanding in regard to requirements of notice for payment of service as clearly defined in Texas Penal Code. If this is not the case, then management intentionally threatened false criminal charges as an attempt to intimidate.

Upon myself providing payment that same day, Management’s justification for his actions was that I should have just known that I had to pay him immediately, despite never being informed of such an expectation. In addition, management clearly had an issue with me wanting to make payment to the company rather than his personal account. Throughout the entirety of this, management was blatantly disrespectful, raising his voice and using foul language. Management failed to accept any amount of fault for their clear failure in providing proper notice or their failure in setting up proper payment methods.

If you’re looking to have any tree related work completed and expect a properly functioning business with even a shred of customer service, I’d strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

We have used Texas Pride Tree Service on several occasions. Tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding and for firewood. Always respectful, on time, great clean work. Firewood was excellent too. Highly recommended if you are looking for good quality work at a fair price.

Have used them multiple times, both for stump removal and tree trimming. Honest prices and a solid crew that went above and beyond to make sure the property was cleaned up following completion of their work each time I’ve had them out. Have recommended to multiple family and friends and heard nothing but good things from all of them. Our HOA is also using this company now due to competitive/better pricing. This company was professional from start to finish. My new homeowners insurance policy was requiring me to trim back some branches from the roof and clean the roof of leaves and twigs that had collected there. James came right out and went over the plan with me. Jamey and Rocky came a few days later and spent the better part of the day getting it all done. They made sure to protect my property from any falling branches before they started and cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. They even took closeup photos of the roof for me to send to the insurance folks, who finally cleared me for insurance coverage. Thank you Texas Pride!
