This place has been very unreliable to show up for the appointment. They were to come out between 12:30 and 3:30, only to call at 2:30 and said they overbooked. Then said they would come out between 8 AM and 11 AM the next morning (today). And will call 30 minutes before arriving. No one called or came to my house. I called them at 11 AM, as they said they will call back to let me know what is going on. It has now been an hour and nothing from them at all. So my answer of no, I did not use this business, so how can I say yes when they are this incompetent. Should be ZERO Stars.

I called to schedule an appointment, they confirmed an appt for the same day, but no one ever showed up nor did I get a courtesy call that there was some issues, instead I had a no call no show. The earliest they said they could get me another appt was three days later. Not an issue for that but my concern was that I paid for the "Premium" membership bc the rep was telling me all the benefits and why it's worth to pay for it like being put ahead to get jobs done but if they don't even treat their premium members fair, I have little confidence they'd treat others with top tier service. Currently waiting for a reimbursement of the premium service fee.

I've come to Thompson Electrical for all kinds of problems, and he has always had solutions. From converting to efficient lighting, to installing a relay for a pump that needs to come on at certain times... the needs are endless in the healthcare setting I've needed him in. He's always been there in any pinch we've needed him: total asset to our 4 end-stage renal clinics. I'd be flabbergasted if I were to ever hear the electrician say because I truly don't think that's an option for him. Thank you a million times for helping keep our operations running so smoothly over the years!

Do not depend on these guys!

Unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for today and 15 minutes before the appointment, they canceled. The lady said the tech was on a commercial job. I guess residential jobs always come second at Thompson Electrical.

I related that I am going out of town tomorrow and asked if she knew of a good company. She did not but said she would get in contact with the technician to see if he could come out today. She also said she would call me in 30 minutes. An hour later, I get a call stating he could not. I scheduled an appointment for the next day knowing just my wife would be home.

I got lucky though as I found my new electrician. He doesn't work for Thompson Electrical. I won't mention the name of the company here other than to say his name is Henry and he is taking care of all my electrical needs. I did give Thompson Electrical a courtesy call canceling my appointment.

Saved myself the $99 just to come out! Do yourself a favor. Go with someone else..

Thompson Electrical is an excellent business. They have been in the industry for a long period and this explains their professional work. We have had the pleasure of working with them for all our electrical jobs and cannot give them more excellent reviews! They are fantastic at their job, go the extra mile, and ensure quality all around! You'll be glad you called them for your work. Save your time, save your money by calling them!

Thompson Electrical did a fantastic job installing recessed lighting and installing a light fixture. I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived with a crew to attend to the job. Very prompt and professional and cleaned up the work area when done. Highly recommend and will use them for all of my electrical needs!!

The work was completed satisfactorily, and all employees I had contact with were professional and friendly. I'm disappointed in the time management aspect of the job. I believe the company should have allotted more time/days, or more electricians, to complete the job within the timeframe I was initially given.

We used JSR electrical services to make repairs on our new house, place an outlet over our fireplace and replace most of the major light fixtures and ceiling fans in our house and they did an amazing job. They were prompt, worked hard and got our entire job done in less than two days. The team was very nice and professional, and I appreciated their COVID precautions and that they all wore masks. We will definitely use them again!

Matt and Gage came in and based on my request provided a very reasonable quote for the work. Once I approved the quote they came back in and quickly took care of the job.
