Dalworth Clean was top notch... everything about their service was A-1: from the scheduling, to the timely arrival, to the really great tech, and to the price. We will use them again.

When the team arrived they were courteous and professional. They halped move some chairs out of the room and put them back. They even added Styrofoam and plastic to prevent the legs from coming into contact with the carpet. They cleaned my carpets and made them look brand new. I will use them again to clean my sectional. Great job!

After doing much research, we chose Dalworth to polish and refinish the concrete floors in 1960s architectural home, which we purchased in November 2019. Since completing this process and after paying thousands of dollars to Dalworth, I would not recommend anyone to bring Dalworth into your home.

We walked through the process with our sales rep who promised a few basic deliverables for the finished product, including, among other things: the floors would be glossy like glass, that they would repair and fill any carpet tacks / cracks in the floor, and that they would score the finished surface to mimic the original style of the concrete.

Dalworth did not deliver on these promises at all, despite repeated representations that it could. We’re not floor experts, so we naturally relied on their representations about their abilities.

Since we have an older home, having the floors be like glass was an unrealistic expectation that was sold to us over and over again. They even up-charged us for this “service.” Dalworth did not fill the pores in the surface of the floors, so the floors are anything but glass like.

They grinded our floors so low in some places, that there is now an opening between the floors and the outside. The concrete in our kitchen has a hole that continues to chip away, and the carpet tacks were never addressed. Then there is the scoring.

Our house had 3x3 scoring on the concrete throughout the house. Dalworth promised to us that they could replicate it, to keep in line with the original style of the floors. The result was nothing less than unprofessional, messy, and DIY looking. The scoring that Dalworth did not only added 2 extra days to this process, but is incomplete in areas, nonexistent, or double scored where they didn't bother to measure or make sure the lines lined up. It now creates dust because the “decorative scoring” they did is not properly sealed or grouted.

Our sales rep bragged about how durable and permanent this finish would be for our floors. Now—after paying thousands of dollars—we have to live with irreparable damage to the floors of our house caused by Dalworth. Dalworth and our Sales Rep have completely ignored our prior communications to them about these issues. Buyer beware!

I could not have been anyore pleased with the exceptional job that Dalworth (Monty) did to my carpet because I thought they were too old & worn to ever look nice again & that the only thing that would hep my carpet was replacement.

Buyer BEWARE - Original quote was not what I ended up with once the cleaner showed up. Ended up being an additional $300 - not trustworthy at all. I will never call Dalworth again.

We cannot believe how good our kitchen floor/grout looks. The price was well worth it, wish we had more cash to tip better. It is hard to believe a once reputable company could handle my home recklessly and create more damage than they came to repair. They were hired to clean dust from redoing hardwood floors. Period. They sent a third-party team - without disclosing it - which somehow stirred up soot with their air cleaning machine. When they came to fix their own mess, their hoses ruined the newly done hardwood floors with scratches and scraped the new wallpaper. They poured water on the floors and scrubbed them such that they also buckled. Everything had to be redone.

They would not accept responsibility, They literally RUINED the rooms they were in when they came to clean dust. Just dust.

The crews tried to blame the A/V techs who were working in another part of the house and didn’t have any equipment on them but tablets for programming. But we quickly saw that lack of accountability starts with the owner, who has never called back. Upon researching how this company could have become so incompetent,, I learned they over priced services when people’s home insurance will pay. This once was an honest business. Now, it is NOT. It is a hazard to bring them into your home. It is corruption.

Attached pictures show the level of soot and their “clean air machine.” Also attached is a picture of the soaking wet hardwood floors. They treated them like bathroom tile.

David did an outstanding job getting out stains we thought were permanently imbedded in our carpets. In addition he was polite, helpful, and conscientious. We will definitely recommend Dalworth to our friends. We are most pleased.

Josh came to clean our dryer vent, and he was on time, kind, and professional. He communicated effectively before and during the appointment. He reviewed the estimate before starting, explained what he would be doing, and followed up with before and after photos of the inside of the vent tubing. He was thorough, efficient, and respectful of our time and property.

Dalworth Clean Technician Mr. Vadim was on time and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable in his field of work and did his job perfectly. Our carpet looks as good as new now. I would definitely recommend Dalworth Clean to my friends and family

The Dalworth office and technicians were wonderful! They got me scheduled when they were really booked and the technicians showed up on time and did a great job! I highly recommend and I definitely will be using them again.

Our technician, Rudy, was personable and professional. He did a wonderful job of cleaning our couches and we are delighted with the result! We highly recommend!

Collossal pain to deal with. They were late from their quoted time by 30 mins on pick up AND drop off. The driver blamed the operator for the communication (I don’t care, just show up on time). And the operator argued with me during the rug return as I was driving to check in for a surgery that morning (I have an email that driver expected to get there between 9 and 11, hospital called me to move up my procedure so I left at 11:25am). Operator argued I was supposed to be there until 11:30am, then argued when I said I would be able to pay her in 5 mins (I was driving and my purse was in backseat). She said I said I was going back home to pay the driver, she wasn’t paying attention. I told her I could pay in 5 minutes as she offered over the phone payment. She said “Oh, so you want to reschedule your rug delivery?” I said “NO! You said I could pay over the phone. You guys were late twice and have been hard to deal with. Why would I want to reschedule? I need to park to grab my purse which contains my credit cards to pay you for the rug.” I paid her, and was stressed out going into my surgery about the whole thing. Dalworth, the customer is NOT responsible for your lack to plan. Your employees need better training on punctuality and communication. Also, you missed 2 pet stains on my carpet and didn’t disclose it. I found out upon return from my surgery.

Dalworth just cleaned my carpets. Marcus Jeffery did a wonderful job. My carpet looks brand new. He was professional, quick, on time, and got the animal vomit up. Can't even tell it was ever there. I recommend Dalworth 100%.

I am well aware of the negative reviews re Dalworth Cleaning Rug/Carpets in DFW area, including bait and switch and over-pricing. However, I had no issues with the young gentleman, Ryder, who came to our home. On time, very good with our dogs, no high pressure sales pitch, willing to explain everything, willing to work with us/be flexible, finished the job very quickly. Yes, he explained we would have to get a $800 clean for one room to guarantee permanent removal of dog urine, but I simply paid approximately $200 and told him do what you can. Room smelled absolutely wonderful after his work and looks like brand new carpet.

We had our carpets and an area rug cleaned today. From scheduling to the service it has been a breeze and delight to work with this Dalworth team. Richard Hearn was our tech onsite and the level of customer service he provided was top-notch! He was super friendly and informative plus really great at his job! We will definitely be a return customer and refer him to any and everyone! Thank you for making our carpets look new again and for being so great to work with! If I could 10 stars I would!

I hired Dalworth Clean to refresh my floors and fix some discoloration in small areas and was quoted $700. When the technician arrived, he added another $300 just to apply paint to the spots I had already mentioned. He made several calls to his boss and made it seem like this was a huge, all-day process that required rescheduling his appointments. In reality, he finished in about 3 hours.

I agreed to the additional charges because I assumed professional-level work and preparation would take time to be done. Instead, the result was very disappointing. The paint color does not match with the floor, and the work looks unprofessional and sloppy. Honestly, the floor looks worse now than before, in fact left dirt and damages as showing in the pictures. I could have bought a $10 paint pen from Home Depot and done a better job myself.

When I asked to review the work before paying, he made an unprofessional comment suggesting I didn’t trust people, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Please be careful if you hire this company. Make sure you agree on the full price upfront and do not accept additional charges unless you clearly understand and approve the exact result. Ask to see examples of their work and have them explain their process in detail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

Dalworth cleaned 2 old rugs beautifully! You saved me from having to replace them when they seemed beyond saving. Thank you!
