With my busy schedule this year, I had to reach out to a lawn care professional to care for my lawn. Jay's Lawn Service is the business I chose. It couldn't have been a more perfect choice. They do an amazing job! Everything is so beautiful, all neat and clean for me when I get home from work. I would recommand their service to anyone that may also be looking for a lawncare specialist. I would not recommend this lawn service to anyone. Their work is sloppy, communication is terrible, and they do not follow through on what they promise. I had to constantly reach out just to get updates, and when they finally did show up, the job was rushed and incomplete. Very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for reliable lawn care.

I have been using Jay's Lawn Service for well over five years. They do an excellent job with our lawn.

When it rains they communicate schedule changes in advance. If my kid leaves toys in the lawn they do their best to move them onto the patio and try not to destroy things.

I would recommend them to any home or business looking for great service.

These guys are super awesome. I needed some cleanup done in my yard. We had a few seasons of debris buildup. Other companies wanted us to sign contracts or sign on for pricy landscaping services or they would ghost us. Jay's offered prompt communication, reasonable prices and no-BS service. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I called Jay’s Lawn service yesterday (04/22) & explained what I needed done with my yard and they came out the very next day. They are very professional and went the extra mile to make my yard look clean! They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced and I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for lawn care services.

Great service at a great price. I just wish I could use them for my lawn mowing. They dont serve the Keller area for lawn mowing. Highly recommend them for leaf removal.

Jay’s Lawn Service is the best in the area! They consistently provide excellent lawn care. They are easy to coordinate special lawn or yard projects and are reasonably priced. They communicate with you regarding any weather related delays and have an easy to use portal.

Updated review…As you can see from their response, very unprofessional people. They shouldn’t assume to know the names of every person that lives in a house when you only deal with one. The other residents have opinions too. As you can see from their response no accountability and wanting to shift blame to others. True story, asked for a bid to trim the hedges and clean out the flower beds in front yard. Was given a quote of $700. When we told them that’s crazy and the estimator must be confused they raised our bi-weekly service cost by $50 for just mowing and edging. Issue had nothing to do with a $81 service or a free service…Original review…This Company has very poor communication and unprofessional employees. I would not recommend them to anyone. The job they do is never complete and they never clean up after themselves before leaving.

I hired Jays Lawn Service after having terrible service and experience from another lawn company. I have been impressed to say the least in the quality of the work, the reliability and the pleasant communication from Jay. If you want a lawn company you can rely on, go with Jays Lawn Service.

Very Happy with the Leaf and Acorn cleanup. The work was done efficiently and to my satisfaction, and the yard looked great when they were finished. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend to my family and friends!

Team arrived as scheduled, did not stop until job was completed and last leaf in the truck. We had a lot of acorns this year and I was concerned how these would come up, about 80% up which was more than expected. I highly recommend them and like they collect without bags. We have large yard with lots of beds and they navigated these professionally, we are very pleased.

Jay and his team did an amazing job removing all of the leaves from our lawn! They had great communication and booking was easy and stress free. I really recommend their lawn services!
