So a few months ago when we had the cold snaps, our Heater went out. I called the AC Lady like at 6 am thinking I’d get someone’s voicemail. They fit me into the schedule that day. Nick came out and was super meticulous. He redid a bunch of shotty wiring trying to find a short to the heat pump. Because of inclement weather he couldn’t go outside to look at the outside unit, but was able to get us heat until things were fixed. He then came back twice, one when the weather was better, and a second when parts had come in to fix the unit.
I was impressed how well they all communicated. Nick was absolutely the best tech I’ve met, the office kept calling me to keep me updated on the part that was ordered, and everything just felt like it ran smoothly.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, I’m sure I missed a few details, but truthfully if you’re in this area and you want a reliable HVAC company, you need to call AC Lady.

My first experience (2years ago) with AC Lady was great, whereas last year was awful.
* Last year they asked for $135 per pound for freon which is almost doubled from 12 months before.
* Additionally, last year, the AC Lady technician didn’t tell me both my 2 capacitors needed to be replaced after I specifically asked him about it. A day after, another AC repair company surely told me that both of them are broken. So I ended up buying testing tools and found they were broken.
Be cautious about their PRICING and DIAGNOSIS. It’s not a bad idea to ask for another company to check your problem before rushing to use any of them.

Peggy and her HVAC crew are excellent. They are professionals. They have always been able to come out and resolve whatever issues we have had over the years. Sometimes they have come out to our house right away even when they were busy. They do their very best to meet the customer's needs. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C or heater repaired.
