My AC unit went out unexpectedly and they sent someone out right away and we’re super easy to work with and very upfront. They diagnosed the issue and chose a solution that was cost effective and quick as well. Tavita was so helpful and kind and provided a ton of information on the issue as well as maintenance advice to prevent future issues. I signed up for their membership because it was affordable and they were so kind.

Tevita and the team over at BSC go above and beyond when it comes to A/C repair and installation. My unit needed a new compressor and fan which isn't cheap! Bryan Service Champs worked to get me the best price possible and did a wonderful job installing the new parts. They made the process easy and are very knowledgeable and care about their customers. Thanks again BSC and Tevita for all your help!

Really happy I found Bryan Service Champions. Great experience with Tevita (repair tech) and Lyn (dispatcher). Kept me abreast of the timing and even came earlier than expected. Really can’t say if repair cost was fair cause I didn’t cost compare, but I surely believe they did a quality job. Even identified and fixed a half-baked job our previous HVAC company did.
Service was so good I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I know the price was already built into their other option, but peace of mind with the twice a year service will be so worth it.

Bryan Service Champions was very professional and courteous during my service with them. I hired them to replace my current thermostat with a smart thermostat. The technician (Bryan) was soooooo humble and professional and overall a great guy. He wasn’t trying to price gouge me and I could truly tell that he is very passionate about his business and he loves what he does. There is a saying, “if you find something that you’re passionate about and you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life” - I got this feeling from the technician. He shared a lot of information with me about my system and gave me some tips on maintaining my system to preserve its longevity. Most companies would not even do that, they would simply do what you paid them to do and leave. Bryan Service Champions focuses on building long term relationships with their clientele. This is very apparent in the way the tech was speaking with me about the packages they offer for warranties. I did give him a recommendation that when booking client be sure to disclose pricing including service fee ($49) upfront. He was very nice to waive that fee and I met him half way and paid his standard fee because the price I was quoted was for his members. He instantly took accountability and provided a satisfactory resolution. Mistakes and misquotes happen and as customers we shouldn’t take advantage either. I definitely highly recommend Bryan Service Champion and I will be using them in the future for my A/C / Heating services. They are licensed/certified with over 25 years of experience and it was exemplified during my visit. Thanks for all that you do and may you truly have great success in your business.

My tech was very professional and respectful to it being early and my family being in night clothes.. he was very knowledgeable about his work.... I just think that prices and fees needs to be more clearer when speaking to representative by phone on service fees based on agreed to have service done and how the 75.00 is part of your service!!
