Vlad, was very friendly quick and prompt! He fixed our washer machine with the right part and ensured all was working before he left.

Dishonest company. I have an extended warranty through Home Depot. My Samsung all in one washer dryer unit stopped drying my clothes and halfway through the cycle would make a really loud noise. The technician, Vladimir came out and admitted that he had never worked on this machine before. He began looking up videos on what to do. After about 45 minutes he told me that he thought that it was the compressor and someone from Samsung would be out to fix it and he would put all of that in his report for the insurance company. A few days later I get an email stating that it was a maintenance issue and that it isn't covered. I called them and they said that is what the technician said. He lied. I don't know if this company gets paid more to not find problems or what but I would steer clear of this dishonest company!

Ilia was great. On time . He explained everything to me. Then got right to work replacing the pump. Washer is running fine now. I have an allstate protection plan so, I can't say how much this would have cost. The service was great.

I had an ice maker go out on my Samsung side by side refrigerator freezer. ProStar had the parts in stock and the ice maker was installed in less than 30 minutes. As you can see from the picture it's producing ice and working great. Need an appliance repaired then call ProStar appliance. I also fell to say earlier that the prices were very good and they were very professional. I highly recommend them
