I was recommended by a friend to use them for air conditioning service. Shaun who is an excellent technician look at my very old system. He recommended the new system. Installed it fast. Air conditioner is working so much better. Need need air conditioning help do not hesitate to give them a call. Great commpany.

Found Sudden Service years ago after hit-and-miss experiences with other HVAC contractors. Locally owned, with knowledgeable technicians. No matter who takes care of you, they know their stuff.

They helped squeeze life out of my old home A/C, eventually installed a new one that’s been rock-solid every year, and I now trust them with my light commercial A/C units as well. You can trust them, too.

I will definitely be recommending and using Sudden Services for all my Hvac needs in the future. Shaun came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very quickly! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail so you can understand the situation.

My brother recommended Richard with Sudden Service and we couldn’t be more impressed. Richard knows his stuff regarding all things HVAC and Air Quality. He came out to test our air quality first, then we had him come back out to test our unit and run a diagnostic on it since we had a very faint & randomly occurring burning smell.
Richard was able to locate the culprit and get it fixed quickly. He was also able to help us locate a problem with our outside unit and troubleshoot the best strategy for getting it repaired on a timeline that worked for us.
We are grateful we chose Sudden Service for our condo and would easily recommend him and the team to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and affordable repair team in the DFW metroplex. Oh, and Richard was always early for our appointments which is a huge plus in our books.

Had yearly maintenance completed as always twice per year for summer new hire came out and gauge was not working correctly so had another technician come out the following week since we were out on vacation. We had set Friday from 1-3 pm which I don’t mind but really wanted mornings, around 10 am I receive a call from Courtney if o was home so Shawn could come out and make sure everything was intact. Shawn was about 5-10 min drive arrived and checked everything and everything was great. Shawn loves dogs and small talked and he was done within 10-15 minutes which worked perfectly for me especially on a busy Friday. This company is great check them out they all so kind

I have been trusting Sudden Service for my heating and air business for over 10 years. They are a business that focuses on doing right by their customer and giving honest quotes for the repair or replace. Their staff is friendly, hard working, great communication and shows up on time. No job is to small or large for them to tackle. They make my family, and I feel as we are part of their family.

Long story short. I got screwed. Every time this company came out to service, I owe them money. So I quit using them. My system went out, called 2 other companies, and said I didn't get what I paid for. My buddy recommended Sudden services. They pretty much said the same thing. I went with the company because they are a small outfit. Shaun took the time to educate me on how the system works and how to keep it running tip top. From listening to Shaun I could tell this company has integrity, and pride. They look out for the best interest of the customer, and not to make an extra dime, like I do for the company I work for. My system was repaired and I look forward to doing business with them again. As long as it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. We've used Sudden Service for over 2 years since we first moved into our house. Everyone we've worked with has provided the expert level service that you want when you are trusting someone with your home. Where the Sudden Service team really goes above and beyond is with their customer service, helpfulness and professionalism. I could list many specific instances of positive experiences we've had with each person on the team, but I'll point out one that was especially meaningful. When it finally came time to replace our system this month, the process was perfectly coordinated by Dillon and he even remembered from a service visit 6+ months earlier the exact rooms in our house where we had issues with airflow. There is now a big improvement in those rooms. Service like that makes us very loyal customers!

I have used Sudden Service for about 15 years or longer. I had a new complete AC heat pump system put in by them that works amazingly better than the old system. I’ve had new insulation added to my attic. And I’ve had repairs done. They have always done superior work. They are professional friendly. I had 2 Lennox HVAC systems fail. I had 7 Lennox indoor coils fail in 8 years. I had tried several HVAC companies when replacing each of these failed indoor coils. After the last indoor coil failed, I had to get away from Lennox and decided to replace both of my Lennox systems. A friend recommended Sudden Service and said they were the best he has ever used. They came out and gave me a recommendation and price for 2 new High Efficiency RUUD HVAC SYSTEMS. Their technicians are great! Their customer service is great! Their professionalism is great!
