We had problem with the seals on our oven door. It took 2 trips because parts had to be ordered. When the technician came he took care of it quickly. We paid and he went on his way.

Aaron is the best miele repair guy! He is very knowledgeable, great at explaining things and great to work with.

The repairman was clueless as to why the drain pump stopped working. He then turned the icemaker off and couldn’t get it to turn on and told me I should just get a new one. This for a $2709 two year old Kitchen Aid under counter icemaker. WASTE OF MONEY! Do not use them for icemaker repair. I think a lot of their reviews are FAKE.

Fantastic experience, called ahead of time to give us an estimate on the potential repair price for our Miele dishwasher prior to coming out. We appreciated the transparency and the fact that they didn’t want us to pay the service fee and not have any work done. Thankfully it was an easy fix and we didn’t need a new part!

The service repair man was very helpful and took care of the washer and my wife is very happy with his work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment and never received a day before reminder as promised. Day of, I called because I wanted to know when approximately the tech would be out. When I called the receptionist said they would have to cancel due to the tech having a family emergency. While I understand family emergencies, I do not understand not calling the customer and explaining this upfront. Also, I was offered another appointment date... in 13 days. I have no refrigerator! If you as the company are going to cancel on your potential client for any reason, you find the absolute next available time that a tech can be out, not 13 days later! Do NOT recommend this very non-professional company.

I reached out wanting someone to double check a recent appliance install and a very nice gentleman whose name I of course forgot helped me out over the phone and talked me through next steps and how to turn off the gas to my range. Very friendly, helpful, and honest. Will definitely reach out next time I need appliance help!

Cancelled my service call when informed that there was a $250 trip charge (that wouldn’t apply to repair). I had made the appointment days before and only informed of this the day of. For some people they could be in a tight spot and need the repair thus paying the ridiculous fee but kit me. I went somewhere else. Fit the job done and a reasonable trip fee of $50 was applied to the repair.

Jason came out and fixed our dishwasher. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.he was able to repair my dishwasher in the same visit. Will be using this company again!

Excellent service with specialty appliances. They have serviced our dishwasher as well as installed a fridge and ice maker for us. All services have been completed in a reasonable amount of time and the team cleaned up when they were done. Excellent communication and service.
