These guys came out to the apartment complex where I reside and made it look like a million bucks. After years of neglect, they took care of rotted wood, paint, fences, etc., and now it doesn’t look like a run-down complex. They showed up every day, rain or shine, and were always respectful, friendly, and hard-working. They finished the job in record time and am still amazed that they finished so fast. The tenants here are appreciative of their hard work and are glad to call this place home again. Thank you from everyone at Westlake Village in Mesquite, Tx! Highly recommend!! 😊 A+++++

Our interior and exterior renovations have been going so smoothly thanks to this team. Rubin, the owner, is extremely respectful and has great mannerisms and will hold his company to the same standards. Anthony, the project manager, takes his job day by day and is always considerate to our residents and their needs. What a great first impression the Sayan Team left on me! After the winter storm we had three units pipe bust! I made a phone call, got same day bid scope of service. Approved by owners next day. Work started the same week! The entire project was clean, professional & timely mannered! Constantly following up, onsite crew would come when office opened and left 30 min before we closed, checking in and checking out with us!
