Mustang movers were great. Arrived promptly, moved quickly, efficiently, and with care. My crew consisted of Antonio, Gio, and Ivo who all were so kind and personable. They made the move much easier and I will definitely be requesting the same exact crew for my next move.

This is the second time I’ve used Mustang Movers. I asked if they could send the same exact crew I had last time, William’s team, and I was fortunate they were able to work the schedules to do so!

William and his crew, and once again, they were prompt, on time, fully equipped, and ready to go. They even remembered me from my last move, which really says a lot about their professionalism and care for their customers.

The same team showed up — clean, organized, and working together like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient, quick, and very accommodating, making what’s usually a stressful day actually enjoyable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we even had a few laughs along the way.

They cleaned up after themselves, handled everything with care, and the pricing was more than fair for the quality of service provided. I can’t recommend William and his team enough — I’ll absolutely be using this same crew again for my next move!

After moving from a duplex in South Arlington to a downtown apartment in Dallas with Mustang movers, I will FOREVER be a loyal client. They came recommended by a friend of mine. She said they were fast but I didn’t realize they were supermen too! They moved EVERYTHING so fast and were very personable, professional, communicative and incredibly efficient. This will be my second time using Mustang Movers. The first time, I had just had a bad experience with a CA moving company; crooked dealings, really big overcharges, damages, you name it and I they got a way with it and am a pretty experienced business guy.

Several years ago, my property manager recommended Mustang Movers and I tried them out for as short move and that did it, I was sold. In the office, Erica and Anita are a delight to work with, both are super-efficient and professional plus they really know the business and look out for the client and rather than gouging the deal, they work to get you the best deal possible for the client. Their “three man per move” minimum insures a fast and efficient move with no lost time.

This move was a rough one because it had to be canceled for week due to closing problems with the seller. We had to cancel less than a week before our scheduled move and rather than keeping our earnest money deposit, Mustang felt like I had already been through enough with my closing problem and waived the legitimate surrender of the earnest money. This was a great feeling of relief as closing costs were adding up.

On moving day, movers Damian, Vance and Davonte showed up at the exact scheduled time and proceeded to expertly and safely load up our valuables and furnishings. Three hours later they were heading out to our new home 4 hours away. We arrived first and had just begun to unload our car when Mustang’s large truck arrived. We had driven straight through and it amazed us that they could arrive 5 minutes later than we had by car. (I drive at the speed limit plus 5MPH).

Because of a locked water meter issue with the water district we had decided that we needed to get this resolved ASAP with a quick drive to their the water district office 42 miles away. My wife and I told Damian, Vance and Davonte what went furniture or boxes where and left for the water department leaving them to handle the move. We returned 1 hour and 45 minutes later, just as they were lifting up the tailgate on their truck getting ready to head back to Dallas.

The labor fees were more than reasonable and the trip charge considering the size of the move and distance was extremely fair. What was amazing was every box piece of furniture was exactly where it should be in preparation for our unboxing and setup. Further still Damian had laid out my office with my desk and chairs and bookcases and file cabinet in such a perfect manner that I didn’t even need to move one item. Kind of like an interior designer had laid it out. These three gentlemen are the hardest working and trustworthy individuals that I have worked with in several years. Not one item was damaged, these guys are real pros and Mustang Moving as a company cannot be beat.

Marco, Kevin and Nick helped me move. I felt they took care of my things. I have a 1000 pound adjustable base that they moved to the second floor flawlessly. They also had a mattress protector to buy on site for a very reasonable price which was super nice. They also didn't complain when I had them move the furniture in my new room around a few times haha great guys, would recommend!

The movers were great. And quick. But just make sure you confirm the hourly first. On the website I found them it said 80$ and when I talked to the manager he said 120$ for two hours. Then switched up. It’s 120$/hour. It was clearly a miscommunication but make sure you know that before booking

This was our first time hiring movers and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! They were very careful with out belongings and made sure everything was wrapped up and protected. They work fast and are very considerate.

We had a fantastic experience with Jorge and his team. They arrived early and immediately started getting to work. Everyone was so polite and hard working. We will definitely pass on their information to family and friends. I would highly recommend R&J!

Jorge and his team did an absolutely amazing job! They were punctual, professional, and took great care of all items being moved. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will use them again without a second thought and would highly recommend them!

1. A perfectly fine TV does not work after R&J Moving moved my stuff.
2. One of their guys tried to steal the storage place’s dolly until I called him on it. Had put on their trailer, holding back their stack of blankets. I guess they thought this woman won’t notice.
3. Called three weeks before move to make sure I’d be on their schedule for the day of my move. They called the week of my Saturday move to try to get me to change my move date. When I said “no, that’s why I called you weeks ago to be sure I was on their schedule for my move date”, whoever was texting from R&J got sideways with me.

I’ve used them three times. Twice they wanted to change my move date. There are other moving companies out there. Try someone else!

UPDATE:
1. The TV was not kept in storage. Your guys moved it from my house to an apartment and now it doesn’t work.
2. The original review of this company was posted a year ago and you’re just now replying.

We had R&J come move a commercial air hockey table so we could replace the carpet under it. They were very careful with the table, moved it downstairs and upstairs and even around a tight corner without any incident at all. I also appreciated that they were responsive to my texts and were great about communicating arrival times, etc. I’d definitely hire them again for a specialty item (air hockey table) or any project that requires movers.

Really impressed by our experience with R&J moving today. On time. Professional. Very careful. Wrapped furniture well & carefully navigated around corners in house. Finished earlier than expected. Would definitely hire again. Great crew!

Jorge’s team was awesome! They arrived when they said they would, finished in the timeline they estimated, moved me for the price they estimated, took tremendous care of my stuff, and took the time to make sure we got to the outcome I was looking for. Simply outstanding service. Hoping it is decades before I move again, but whenever it is, it’ll be a one call situation.

Professional, reliable movers. They above and beyond to make sure all your belongings and furniture are packed up properly and arrive in one piece. I would not hesitate to use them again for any big or small moving needs.

I almost completely screwed up my move because of my communication. Thank God R & J Moving was still able to fit me in. These guys are awesome and they will work with you. I am not the type to write reviews but the way they fixed my mess is truly amazing.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the R & J Moving Company for anyone moving anywhere! They not only accommodated my moving out of an apartment in the evening on the final day allowed by the apartment complex, they had to also go to another location (in a different city) to leave furniture and pick up other furniture to finally bring everything to my new home. They were INCREDIBLY HARD WORKING - BUT FAST - and CAREFUL with EVERY piece of furniture. I was amazed! It was close to 11pm when all was done! The three of them which included Irene+husband+brother - did it all proficiently and with good attitudes! Throughout all that, they kept to their (very reasonable) quote...I was so grateful, it was worth the tip!

While the interior of my house was being painted I needed all furniture, books, etc stored in a unit outside. R&J Moving did a wonderful job of getting everything secured and transferred to the pod. They were on time, efficient, careful and reasonably
priced. On top of that each person was kind, positive and helpful.
