We booked them for 2 cleanings - they were very late to the first one and didn't complete a lot of it without prompting. Then for the second cleaning they ghosted completely - didn't even message to cancel. Very unprofessional - would not recommend them.

Dependably Clean takes care of my short term rental property in Canyon Lake. Christina and Sam do a fantastic job cleaning and communicating. Sam is able to handle maintenance related tasks and accommodate our tight schedule to turn the unit. They leave our property crystal clean, after every service. They communicate effectively when toiletry inventory is low and fold our towels/linens like a 5 star hotel would. We have received exclusively 5-star reviews for cleanliness through Air-Bnb and VRBO thanks to Dependably Clean. 100% recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!

Very professional! I have had them clean my house a couple of times and been very pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail. They even made a cute little bow in my kitchen out of towels which made my daughter super excited!

Is zero stars an option? Very unethical team here and that hurts me to say. We hired them to be our cleaners recently but once we had the home inspected after their work each week it was obvious the floor hadn’t been mopped amongst other details. When it got to the point of our next guests pointing things out we knew we had to make a change. At one point I mistakenly sent them an extra payment. I requested they return the money but they never responded to me. I just don’t think you can trust them to do quality work nor be honest. Sorry. This isn’t how you run a service-based business.

Hired them for my vacation rental property and they do awesome . They have been my cleaners for years and honestly couldn’t do it without them . I don’t live near my air bnb and they take care of everything from the lawn to any extra maintenance work and all the cleaning . I’ve gotten nothing but 5 stars on the cleanliness and couldn’t be more happy with them . Extra attention to detail and trustworthy and hardworking team .. If I could give them 10 stars I would !!

Sam and Christina are awesome! They take care of our rental in New Braunfels and do a fantastic job to make sure our guests have an awesome experience! They've really gone above and beyond to ensure the house is clean and stocked for our guests and are always a phone call away with any handyman needs that pop up. They take pride in their work and keep their word, and that goes a long way with me. Can't recommend them enough!

Christina and Sam are probably the most thorough cleaners I’ve had. Hired them to do a move out cleaning of a 1bedroom 1bath apartment that was left a mess from renters. Not only did the scrub the place ceiling to floor, but they also took the time to inform me of noticeable things such as a possible plumbing leak under the sink due to obvious damage/mildew to the cabinetry underneath. Sam even took the time to troubleshoot to see where it was leaking, but after not finding the leak himself he was sure to show me and inform me of the possible leak letting me know that it could have been fixed already and this was past damage or there may be a slow small leak somewhere we needed to find… they not only scrubbed the place inside out to where it was looking new again for us to be ready to rent out without worry, they also informed and advised of possible problems. They also took the time to give my dog water while they were there which was totally not required from them but was the sweetest gesture ever! They were very affordable and thorough and I’ll be using them for regular cleanings of my personal home moving forward when I don’t have time to do so as deeply as needed, and will be referring them to all of my friends!! Christy and Sam are horrible cleaners. I hired them and they cleaned one of my rental properties twice and had to drop them because I had complaints from my guest that the house wasn’t clean. They are good at making your toilet paper and paper towels look fancy but don’t vacuum or mop the floors. They make the beds up with damp sheets. They don’t wipe down the furniture because one guest found coffee stains on nightstand in one of the bedrooms. God forbid you accidentally send money to them that was intended for someone else and you make them aware of it and they never acknowledge you or won’t answer any of your calls or texts message. So yeah like someone else that left a review about them just recently….they ghost you! Not cool and certainly not very professional in the least. I would never recommend these people to clean my garage out much less any of my properties ever again! I’m warning anyone that looking for new cleaners in the Canyon Lake and New Braunfels area DO NOT HIRE them, you will regret it!!

I met Christina over the phone and hired her to clean my vacation home. I immediately liked her attitude and knew I could trust her to do a good job. When I got to my home after she cleaned it I was amazed! She exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond! All of the rooms were spotless and she had even organized and cleaned the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. She did a very thorough job and I will recommend her to anyone who needs their rental property cleaned. Thank you Christina! 😊

We are so glad we found this cleaner very professional and you can tell they take pride in there work which is hard to find these days! They have even went above and beyond and helped me out late at night when a guest complained the fridge wasn’t working, they went over and found it was a easy fix which in return made the guest super happy! They take pictures of everything, make cool flowers on the toilet paper and paper towels to give that extra touch, they give us a heads up when we are running low on supplies, and most important they have always been reliable which is a major plus!!!

I've owned about a dozen properties in the area and have used 3 or 4 HVAC firms. I prefer this company because they will repair a problem whenever possible rather than giving you the old "well it's x years old you might as well replace it" sales pitch.
The rates and prices are very competitive.
