We used Bryan AC & Heating to replace the ductwork and return and supply grills in our home that we were remodeling. They arrived in a timely manner, were very friendly, and treated our home with care and respect as they were in and out. Our family has been relying on Bryan Heat & A/C for years and they have never let us down! Brad and his team are always prompt, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it’s a quick repair for our home A/C or a more complex installation, the like the mini-split they recently installed for my husband’s shop, they handle it all with care and expertise. Wow!! Where do I start. I contacted Brad right after Christmas he was out the same day to take a look at our system. He was not pushy in selling you something you didn’t need. He provided several options as to what system would work in our home. He explained the pros and cons of each system. He did not say buy today or it will cost more tomorrow. We made as decision pretty quick and his team arrived as promised and were so professional. They did not rush the job. They cleaned as they worked, there were 3-4 guys on the team each knowing their responsibility to complete the job.
We had been using at big name company out of San Antonio for several years. Honestly wasting our money and they kept taking it without question. Brads team cleaned up what we had been told was taken care of by the big dogs.
Brad is a local man and after a few days I can say he’s a man of his word. Today that promise to be there tomorrow is something that’s rare.
