10/10 recommend this company! Just recently did a project with Devin and T-Rock and they were so professional from start to finish, everything was completed in a time manner. I was advised of all the steps and plans and very happy with the service we provided and were able to complete together.

After the February ice storm, my experience with two of your T Rock employees been extraordinary during these months of repair here at the Grand Reserve. I hold in high esteem and sincere appreciation the work of Glen and Kevin Posey. I want to say your company is very fortunate to have these two employees whose work ethic is phenomenal. They have been efficient and professional, besides being kind and thoughtful during these weeks working diligently here to get our homes and our lives back together.

Taylor was very professional and prompt about getting out to my home after we had a bad storm and tornado in the the area last night. I had him come out to check my roof for any damage. Messaged him at 7:30am and he was here at 1:30pm the same day. I would 100% recommend him.

Trinidad and his team were hired by my apartment to see about a possible leak inside my bedroom wall. That unfortunately meant they had to open a hole in my wall. However, they did such a fast, clean and great job that when they were finished they put everything back like no one had ever been here. Couldn't recommend any more, great service. 👍

EXCELLENT service!! We had some drain work done at one of the properties I manage and Dalton was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, quick and made it so easy and seamless. Would definitely recommend this company. Make sure to ask for Dalton he will give the best service.

Kyle came highly recommended from someone I trust. He came out the next day after contacting him. He reviewed the hail damage on my roof and explained everything in detail. The other contractors were not as informative so I truly appreciated his help which made making a decision about filing a claim much easier. I always appreciate an honest contractor.

Tate ‏and Connor helped me out change the tire in the middle of the night While I was stranded. Would definitely recommend these guys for their integrity and willing to help the community. Thanks guys

T Rock was the contractor that repaired our units after the winter storm.

I cannot say enough good things about Glen Posey and Kevin Posey. They have been absolutely amazing throughout this process. If it were not for them and their due diligence, knowledge and personal skills, I am certain my unit would still not be completed. They really took charge and drove the process of the rebuild. They took the time to personally get to know each and every one of us. They communicated with us on a regular basis to ensure we knew the status of the project.

That personal touch makes a tremendous difference when you have your home in disarray. They truly care and that is a huge difference maker.

I would highly recommend them and very thankful for all they have done.

Brett worked at my property ( Rise Spring Pointe) and ill say it was nice to have someone that cares about your property like you. We re-did the roof at our property and the process was so smooth and so fast with his help!

I've had about $100,000 worth of brick work done by TRock and it's been nothing but outstanding! Andrew G is the man with the plan - ALWAYS willing to work with you on price. Sometimes in Dallas when the price is right, the work is not... I can assure you that is NOT the case with TRock. Joseph H was on my site daily checking in with his crews and my onsite staff to make sure everything looked good and was done right. Even my punch list, which most would deem too detailed, was completed without question. Love these guys.

I’m in property management and new to the Dallas area from Arizona. When I moved here, I came from a company that did all of their contracting work in house. We were fortunate enough to be able to do so! When I got to Texas, I was overwhelmed with property projects and didn’t know where to even start. T-Rock has been able to fill the void effortlessly.

In my most recent property project, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Brett on a freeze build back. He has made the process easy and seamless for us. Him and Cayla have had great communication with the progression of the project, and have been completing it with wonderfully high standard of work. I am so grateful to have made the business connection with them, as they have made this transition for me so smooth. Thank you for everything you guys do!

T-Rock helped us when we needed them the most. We had a pipe burst and they immediately showed up and fixed the pipe so we could have running water again. They coordinated everything with our insurance and with the contractors and got us all up and running in a few days. They’re the best and we surely recommend them!

T-Rock was very fast and quick even when though the weather was bad they were effortlessly effective, Bret was very kind and charismatic and always looking for our team and making sure we were comfortable, He is an amazing guy.

We worked with Dominic to get out gutters installed. They were so affordable compared to some other places we called. Then on the day of we left and forgot to unlock our gate for them and didn’t even think about. Dominic took it upon himself to get the situation handled and didn’t even tell us about the mistake we had made until I texted him to ask when they’d be there and he said the guys were almost done! I’m certain other companies would have probably just left when they’d saw we forgot to take the lock and couldn’t get out there to open it but they still made it happen. We were very pleased to work with them and would definitely recommend them to others! Dominic was so kind and appreciated everything he and the crew did!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Corey McShane and his crew over the past few months on a multi-million dollar renovation project, and I truly cannot say enough great things about the experience.

From day one, Corey and his team have brought an incredible level of knowledge, professionalism, and expertise to the table. Large-scale renovations come with their fair share of challenges, but their steady leadership, clear communication, and solutions-oriented mindset made all the difference.

Beyond their skill, what really sets them apart is the hospitality and respect they show on-site. They operate with integrity, treat everyone with professionalism, and consistently go above and beyond for their clients.

It has been an absolute joy working alongside Corey and his crew. I’m incredibly thankful for the partnership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers both quality results and an outstanding experience.

T-Rock withheld the warranty and arrested the 2nd (supplemental) insurance check during the sale of our house. This jeopardized not only our negotiations with the buyer but the entire sale closing process. T-Rock stopped responding to our inquiries about 60 days into it and only sent the check back after we cancelled it, sold the house and cancelled insurance.
We requested an itemized invoice as some of the items on the supplemental insurance claim didn't match the work performed. Instead of providing an itemized invoice Joshua Gamlen threatened us with debt collection. What a nightmare! :(

T-Rock roofing is the *epitome* of the sleazy contractor stereotype. They assured us that they worked well with insurance and that we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. They proceeded to insist that insurance pay for unnecessary work and bullied them to the point that the insurance adjuster would not respond. Since they had already bought materials, I ended up having to pay for the unnecessary work.

The main reason I contracted them was because my roof leaked. At the first rain after they replaced the roof, it still leaked. T-Rock's only response: "I don't know. That shouldn't happen." Also, the vents for our gas water heaters were not aligned after the roof was replaced, meaning we were at risk of carbon monoxide coming into our house. This was only discovered by the city inspector. No apology or response of any kind was made by T-Rock. Terrible workmanship and not at all professional behavior.

Instead of doing the work identified as covered by insurance, they tried to substitute some unrelated scope, which I had to intervene at the 11th hour to stop to avoid having to cover more out of pocket costs.

Our solar panels do not work properly after their contractor replaced them. He has been unresponsive about correcting that. T-Rock's roofing contractor discarded perfectly good and functional solar vents. When this was pointed out, the T-Rock point of contact said, "I wish they hadn't done that. I'll have to eat that cost." Later, they tried to place the blame on insurance, who of course wouldn't cover T-Rock's mistakes. Again, I would have had to pay out of pocket to cover this except that I intervened at the last moment.

On top of it all, even though the work took more than three months to complete, they threatened to put a lien on our house less than two business days after issuing their invoice. These are mob shakedown tactics and not behavior I would expect from an honorable company.

Spare yourselves the heartache and find someone else to work with.
