Contractor reviews in Flower Mound, Texas

Candid Contractor remodeling my house Jonny is very helpful and on time on his project.

I am really happy with every single detail in my house.

Mr Carroll was very good to work with. Communicates well and is always a true to his word! If there was ever a situation that needed to be worked though, he was always open for conversations and accommodates.

Our house was flooded by a hot water heater. It was a disaster, after the reservation, candid contractors redid all our flooring (vinyl and carpet), several baseboards, and some sheet rock. It was a mess and an incredibly stressful time for us. They did their best to be prompt and respectful and helped make a terrible situation not so bad.

We had an open dining room closed off and converted into an office. They did great work and it was all done in under a week. The styling matched the other parts of the house perfectly and you could never tell it was done as a remodel. Great working with Candid Contractors.

I lived in a rental house Johnny bought and started to remodel. My roommates and I had a list of problems with the house and Johnny fixed more than we expected WAY faster than expected! He was so great to work with and is great and visualizing how nice a space can look with some tweaks. He had all new kitchen appliances installed and later redid the floors and countertops.

Recently had a project done by space construction job was completed with a time fashion and quality work

I have a rental property I needed fixing in. We closed on the project remotely. I’m really impressed by the quick turnaround from signing to completion and all on a budget! I highly recommend this company.

Very quick and efficient. Job came out beautifully thank you to the crew for being on time and respecting my home and family. Will definitely use again in the near future.

I am recommending family friends and business associates. Space Construction sees people and not just profits!

Good work and very nice to work with and definitely will call again

Saado was very friendly, trustworthy, and had a lot of good suggestions, helpful in getting our house updated and more comfortable. Made our kitchen more functional.

Space values quality. That was evident in the materials that were used for my roof and chimney rebuild. Thank you for being detailed and making sure the job was done right and will sustain for years to come.

I love my master bath! Saado is phenomenal on responding to your phone calls and written communication immediately. He will make sure the job is done correctly.

They didn't get a permit to install my roof when they got shutdown. By the city they showed up with a contract that was. Different than the original document and was on a cell phone and unreadable so it was signed because they had already removed the roof and wouldn't install the new one without a signature and storms were forecast for the next week.the roof has to be completely redone because they didn't replace rotten decking and one valley was done so poorly it will require complete remova.they also did l our shed and shingles are laid down crooked.and looks horrible

Work done included replacing bathroom faucets, painting bathroom ceiling and garage walls, regrouting kitchen tile and replacing two skylights. Work was done well and within time frame given despite a couple of problems encountered (as there always is in a 30+ year old house). I recommend them and would call them again.

Thank you Space construction for amazing job,
I replace my carpet on 2floor with vinyl planks looks amazing high quality job in 1 day.
Definitely will use them again recommend.

Starting with Cade our experience went very smoothly. He took time to explain the process. The crews were very knowledgeable and their work was to the highest standards. We will continue to use them.

I called to get an estimate on having attic access hole enlarged and adding a ladder. Apparently, my job wasn’t big enough ($3k minimum) for them and they told me to look elsewhere. Didn’t even offer me an estimate or ask if I needed anything else done. I have lots of other larger jobs I need to have done, but I guess another company will get my business. Very unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience with Space Construction. They helped make my dream kitchen a reality! They brought my vision to life and helped the process go as smoothly as possible.
I would highly recommend them for any of your construction/remodeling needs!

Sado and his team were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and constant communication was exactly what we wanted in a contractor. His team was always kind, on time, and extremely professional. We would use them for every room in our house.

Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.

Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Very few contractors do it really well. Saado was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From design to permits, plumbing to electrical, tile work to flooring, paint to carpentry, he brought us the experts we needed in the order we needed them. And when I texted him with a concern, he responded promptly and resolved any concerns quickly. Five stars for Space Construction and Saado Ablasi. Give him a call. You’ll be glad you did!
