Steve was very thorough and worked until he found the issue. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Steve!!

Scheduling was very easy. Jeremy and Steve arrived on time and spoke with me about the problems I was having. Identified a possible additional concern and explained what needed to be corrected. Estimate was provided and all work was done as agreed upon in a very timely manner. Both techs took the time to talk to me about the work and both were knowledgeable and professional. Will use again if any other issues occur in the future. No reason to call around and get multiple quotes anymore I will always contact Hop2It for the work.

The technician who came to my house was very professional and courteous, when they told me he was 30 minutes out from my house he showed up exactly on time. I had him install a ceiling fan and he did it efficiently and very cleanly. He even took the empty box which was great cause I didn’t have any space in my garbage can. I would highly recommend top to it electrical any day. I’ve used them before and I’ve always had a good experience with them.

Hop2It is the only company I call for any electrical work I need done. Their work is meticulous! Their staff is always friendly and professional. Sally and Paula, who do the scheduling, are just a pleasure to talk to, and Mike, the electrician, always does a fantastic job! He explains the process, costs, answers any and all questions we may have, has a great eye, and completes the job beautifully. He has hung 2 chandeliers and 2 outdoor sconces for us, as well as an art light, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great company!

Steve A. was fantastic! He was polite, friendly, and on time. He took the time to explain and physically show us issues we were having, how he could remedy it, and gave us options on how to move forward. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell or rip us off. We had troubles with some of our outlets and breakers. He fixed those and reorganized our breaker box to prevent more issues. All of his work was done well and in a timely manner.

This is my second time using Hop2it and have been impressed both times but more notably today. I would definitely have Steve and Hop2it back out for any electrical needs in the future.

Hop2It has been a great experience working with some of my electrical challenges. The appointment was easily made within one day of my call. Noah was the electrician that came out to the house providing very professional service. He gave me several different options and estimates for each. He completed the work in a timely manner explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Very polite and knowledgeable. I will be using this company when I need electical work completed.

Jeremy and his partner with Hop2It Electrical services were excellent. I called them to install a ceiling light fixture. They checked my electrical panel just to make sure it was properly functioning. The light fixture they installed, had somewhat sketchy instructions, but they installed it perfectly. I will definitely call them again.

Oncor turned our power off due to hazards they found at our meter box when clearing trees near our residence. I called Shane and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes to assess the issue. He had a prepared a solution and cost estimate quickly. We initially had a well-known company that is often seen on commercials provide us with an astronomical quote that actually made me cry. While Hop2It was not the lowest quote we received, I felt we were in the best hands because of Shane’s due diligence. Shane called our city in advance of visiting our home to determine what would be inspected by the city to restore power. The four other companies we had quotes from did not make these calls which would have probably led to a failed inspection, additional work needed, higher cost and more time without power.

Shane arrived first thing the next morning with two of his technicians, Noah and Steve. Noah and Steve were polite, hardworking, got a big job done in less than a day and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward. They walked me through what they did and answered all of my questions. Side note: We have a gate leading to the path to our front door. I have a pet peeve about people not closing it after they walk through, but it’s not a huge deal so I never mention it. I personally saw Steve close this gate (Noah I’m sure you did too!) and as silly as it sounds this small act meant a lot to me. It showed that he respected us and paid attention to the details.

The evening before work began, Shane requested the necessary permit with the city. Unfortunately it took two days for the city to process the permit and inspect the work. Otherwise we would’ve had power the same day the work was complete. Kim with Hop2It stayed on the city to make sure we had power before The weekend. She made after hours calls with myself and my husband and really pushed the job to the finish line.

Shane personally came out to our home to be there during inspection and the city passed us! We had power restored Friday afternoon and would likely have not been able to say that if we went elsewhere.

I really don’t have negative thing to say about our experience. Everyone we worked with had excellent communication, worked hard and made things happen. We felt truly cared for and I can’t say enough about how important that was for us. Hop2It provided excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone! I think we have found our electrical company for life.

Needed to repairs completed that were called out on an inspection. They came out that day and got everything done. Vey happy!

We recently had some ongoing electrical issues in our home, including constant flickering lights and tripped breakers, especially when both my husband’s computer and the vacuum were running at the same time. Things came to a head when our stove suddenly stopped working and caused the breaker to trip. After experiencing all of this, we decided to call HopToIt Electrical to help us figure out what was going on.

The electrician called 40 minutes before showing up, which I really appreciated, and was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He thoroughly inspected everything and quickly determined that the issue was with our oven. When I mentioned the other electrical problems we’d been dealing with, he took the time to check out our outlets and switches. He ended up fixing tons of them, finding that many wires were loose or improperly connected. He even explained that some of the wiring was technically functional but definitely not quality.

I really appreciated how thorough he was, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it. He “pigtail” repaired all the outlets and switches, and now everything is working perfectly. We can run both computers, vacuum, and use the heater without any issues. No more flickering lights, no more tripped breakers—it’s like night and day!

I highly recommend HopToIt Electrical if you’re having any electrical issues. They were professional, thorough, and got the job done right. If you're having similar problems, definitely give them a call before things get worse!

Fantastic service from estimate to final work.

I needed a light fixture to be replaced on high ceiling. I took an appointment, for the following day, which was confirmed by text and email. On the day of the appointment I was informed by phone and text (with Jeremy’s picture) about Jeremy’s arrival about 1 hour before. Sending the picture is a welcome safety idea. Jeremy checked what needed to be installed and wanted to verify if the electric box could support the weight of the new light fixture; even though he tried to reach the box in the attic, it was not possible, so he gave me two estimates (one without and one with box). No problem for me. Jeremy was very thorough, give me all explanations needed, and said that I did not have to worry about all adjustments on the fixture (length of each light to be determined once installed), he would take care of it.

I got the estimates by email and about 1 hour later I was contacted by text to check if I was satisfied with the visit. Great customer follow-up. Appointment was made.

Again, about 1 hour before arrival I was informed via phone call and text. Jeremy and colleague arrived on time, and proceeded with the work: removal of previous light fixture and installation of new one (no new box needed). They were careful in the installation, not putting fingerprints on the lights. Once done, Jeremy and his colleague spent another 20 minutes to adjust the lights length to our liking. He confirmed we were happy with the result and that they could come back if adjustments needed to be changed. The area was cleaned and he proposed to take the old fixture and the empty box if we wanted to. He also asked if anything else needed to be checked. Jeremy and his colleague were knowledgeable, courteous and patient all along. Great service again, and work is backed with a 5 years warranty.

I received the invoice by email along with pictures of before/after. I also received another text inquiring about my satisfaction. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.

Mathew was very nice , professional , and did great work. He made sure ALL problems were fixed before he left. He also advocated for my grandmother with the city which meant a whole lot to her and I both. He is awesome , we love him !!!

Matthew P. blew me away with his excellent service and the care and respect he gave my property. He always asked before entering a space I hadn't led him to, he kept my house clean during servicing, cleaned up and rearranged things he had to move, and provided me with a full explanation, walk through, service exactly at the quoted cost, and additional quotes for future work that I need done. He restored functionality in the bathroom so that I could independently turn lights on and off, which this house has *never* done before. Magic! He was also kind and personable, which isn't required, but was certainly appreciated!

This is the 2nd time we have used Hop2It for electrical work (back when it was 24/7 Electric). Our electrician, Steve, was excellent in both diagnosing and repairing/closing out existing issues and in giving us clear quotes for renovation/extension of part of our electrical system. He was personable as well as professional and I highly enjoyed our time together. He worked with me since I had performed some of the electrical renovation and could direct him more quickly. A few days later, when I asked for some clarification, he responded to me in a timely manner with his usual professionalism. I am having Hop2It help me with the final electrical renovations on this house and have confidence they will continue to do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Hop2It was scheduled to come out this morning to replace a plug and a switch. I was notified the Steve Alvarado would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived at the stated time and after I showed him the areas that needed attention he worked up an estimate and got right to work. Steve was very quick and explained before and after what would be done and what was done. He offered quotes for a few other projects I have for the future. I was very satisfied with the work and in Steve’s eagerness to be helpful with future work I’m looking to do. I would recommend both Hop2it and Steve.
