Fantastic experience. First time hiring an electrician and they made the process so quick and easy. Called one day and they came the next and finished the entire project in 2 hours! Steve and Braden were extremely competent and professional when they did my grounding rod service. Five years ago 24/7 Electricians (name before they changed to Hop2It Electric) Anthony a good tech who did a full 200 Amp Panel retrofit was also excellent. I highly recommend this company for your residential electric needs.

I would never hesitate to recommend these guys. Their communication is stellar and their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. We had the pleasure of working with Steve today to fix a blown outlet that he diagnosed and repaired in less than two hours. Which is truly amazing given that he had to figure out the odd wiring configuration our home builder left behind. Will definitely call again for any future electrical needs.

He was very caring and careful to address all electrical issues in my home. He addressed every issue and thoroughly discussed them with me.

Professional and courteous throughout the troubleshooting process. Resolved my dead circuit issue (hard to find GFCI outlet). While troubleshooting, Jeremy was able to point out some anomalous wiring and service box issues to give consideration for future updating and safety improvements.

I requested a bid for additional work and got information I needed regarding more extensive improvements to be performed this year. Jeremy provided a comprehensive list of improvements as a choice of three option levels of service. Since most of these were safety impacting, the provided information will be valuable consideration for planning our budget. My career had me working with commercial crafts including highly skill electricians and I have confidence that Jeremy is providing sincere and accurate suggestions and was not trying to push unnecessary addons.

Noah was here to repair one of my outdoor ceiling fans.

Bottom line: call this company for a repair. Noah is thorough, provides recommendations and services but DOES NOT hard sell the extras. BEST of all He answered all of my questions; even the dumb ones.

Money is tight for all of us in these crazy times, so knowing that I needed electrical repairs made me anxious. My experience began with the courteous and accommodating Paula and Kim in the office. They fully explained the process and made me aware of the very fair discount currently offered for the electrician to come out to evaluate my issues. Then, on appointment day, with ongoing communication, Steve A arrived on time and ready to evaluate. A consummate gentleman along with professional, he set about inspecting thoroughly, and offered up a series of options with absolutely no pressure that had the cost of each level all broken out. It became my decision to make. He answered every question I had about each estimate with thoroughness and respect. Hop2It got me to the decision that I needed for today and for the future. Steve A was honest, fair and genuine. He was able to do all the repairs on the spot with no hidden additions. Such integrity! It was a good day. Thank you, Steve and Hop2It!

Jeremy did a fantastic job and quickly located and fixed any issues he found during his diagnostics walkthrough. A couple of minor things were adjusted/replaced and everything is working as intended now! He was very considerate and kept as quiet as possible during his work as our baby was asleep and he did not want to wake him.

I had LED lights in my home that would flicker, or stay off, or turn on. I never knew what the light would actually do. Steve came by and was able to quickly assess and give potential solutions to my problem. He and Braydon were able to replace my LED lights quickly and neatly. They have excellent customer service and will certainly call on them again.

Matt from Hop2It was super friendly, professional, and did a fabulous job running a new circuit for our dryer. (The old one melted down in spectacular fashion, and we're lucky our house is still standing.) The price was fair for the vast amount of work done. We're extremely satisfied with the response time and efficiency of his work.

Noah and his helper did a fantastic job! Honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. They installed an EV charger for me and walked me through the whole process, got to work and got it done, no problem. I highly recommend Noah and the rest of the team for any electrical work that you need done.

I have to say I am extremely pleased with using Hop2it electric. Noah was very professional and explained everything clearly to me. They are a lot more reasonable than the other company that came out and gave a quote, I'm so glad Christmas plumbing and AC recommend them to us.
