Electrical reviews in Flower Mound, Texas

Caleb and his partner were fantastic. We had an outlet issue and they got to us the next day for a quick fix. They worked quickly and even helped me with an unrelated Christmas light issue. Great company and would 100% recommend them

Caleb and Collin fit me in today. I have had bad experiences in the past with other providers and I'm glad to say that this was a wonderful experience. They were fast, professional, and the pricing is upfront and reasonable. I very much appreciate their time in not only doing the work but explaining everything to me. I would 100% recommend them.

Caleb is absolutely the best electrician we have ever had do work for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at communicating what and how things need to be done. He installed a very difficult kitchen chandelier and dining chandelier along with a ceiling fan! All were done well and look amazing!! Will definitely use his company again!

Caleb and his team were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They were excellent at troubleshooting a complex electrical issue. They also provided proactive safety advice for my house, which is full of old electrical wiring.

I cannot recommend them enough. They are straight forward, excellent at communication, transparent, and sharp! 10/10!

Fantastic job! When I decided to find an electrician for my Tesla Wall Connector, I asked Grok from my Tesla at the Supercharger, "Who is the highest rated electrician near me to install my new Tesla wall connector?" Grok thought for a few seconds, and the told me that Tier-One Electric is a top rated electrician with great reviews from from Yelp and Angies List. Grok was not wrong. Thanks Caleb and Collin for a job well done.

Tier-One Electric did great work running the electrical lines for our new lifts at the shop. Everything was done clean, quick, and professional. They made sure everything was set up safely and working perfectly. Definitely recommend them for any shop or commercial electrical work.

Caleb with Tier-One Electric is awesome! He’s super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wants to help. If he doesn’t think he needs to come out, he’ll troubleshoot with you and give great advice instead — which really says a lot about his integrity.

He’s also very responsive and charges fair prices. We’ve used him for everything from installing our EV charger to fixing an outlet that suddenly stopped working. We’ve referred him to several friends and neighbors, and everyone always has the same great experience.

I can’t recommend Caleb and Tier-One Electric enough — they’re the best!

Highly recommend Tier-One Electric! They work quickly, amazing warranty and very affordable! Thank you Caleb for fixing our outlet for our Christmas lights!

Caleb and his team did a great job. Had them out to my business to change some lights to LED from fluorescent. Man, what a difference they make! They were in and out and left the place cleaner than when they found it. We highly recommend Tier 1!

Updating my last review: I hired Caleb a second time today to re-wire my garage door opener power. As always, he was responsive, thorough, and overall just so nice to work with. He made sure that our garage wiring was safe and looked nice! Thanks again, Caleb!

Caleb from Tier One serviced my home today to replace a few light fixtures, update GFI outlets, and install bathroom fans. He did great work! He was on time, easy to communicate with, and he made sure I understood every aspect of the work being done. His quote was fair, detailed, and included info on the warranty for the work. I will definitely hire Caleb/Tier One again! Thank you Tier One!

I don't post online reviews often, but felt this one worthy. I'm extremely pleased that I found and hired Tier One to handle the electrical outfitting for my new metal building garage/workshop. Caleb was fantastic to work with—he provided great ideas, valuable advice, and smart cost-saving suggestions. He and his team completed the job quickly, and the results are excellent. Tier One is a small, local company that truly focuses on customer satisfaction and is willing to work with you every step of the way, and far more competitively priced than the big box electrical contractors. Just what I was looking for! I highly recommend Caleb and Tier One, and will use them again in the future.

The most important point to make in this review is that Caleb and his team know how to diagnose and fix electrical issues. And in addition to this, he is timely and courteous and keeps his commitments. Everything you want in a service provider.
He did a major install for me and spent a significant amount of time preparing for what had to be done to ensure all went smoothly; as a result of his preplanning, it did and he was able to complete the install in a much shorter timeframe than he had originally forecast.
If you have an electrical issue, definitely contact Tier-One Electric!!

I cannot say enough good things about Caleb and his company. They are quick, responsive and very respectful. They helped our family out when we needed it the most and did amazing work. We now go to them for all our electrical needs and strongly encourage anyone to give them a call if you need any work done.

Had a great experience with Tier One Electric. Caleb, Collin, and the rest of the team did an excellent job installing a sub panel, adding an outlet for my EV charger, and extending another outlet in my garage for the garage door plug. Everything was done cleanly and professionally, communication was easy throughout the process, and the quality of work was top notch. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Caleb's team installed a L2 Tesla charger for me today at a reasonable rate in about an hour. I called several other electricians who gave inflated quotes for any number of erroneous reasons so I was thrilled that Caleb shot me straight and quoted a fair price immediately over the phone. On install day, his team offered to show up even earlier than expected based on finishing up other jobs and I was happy to oblige. Overall very impressed with how Tier One does business and we'll call them back for any future home needs!

My experience with Tier One Electric was excellent from beginning to end. I was impressed with the owners knowledge when he came out to give me a bid. The bid was complete and listed all discussed procedures and parts. The job required a complete circuit panel replacement, roof stack and bringing my 43 year old electrics up to code. I was throughly impressed with the work as there were some difficult problems to address. Cannot recommend Caleb and his team enough.

Complete professionals from start to finish. I highly recommend the team at Anderson Electric. I am very pleased with subpanel expansion and 30A outlet they installed for me.

Anderson Lighting and Electric has been our go-to electricians for many years. They've done everything from install heavy chandeliers on high ceilings to fixing our breaker box. They are always responsive and reliable. We highly recommend them.

Team of two (electrician and trainee) were very professional and corrected a major issue at my home, fire at the breaker box, on same day it was diagnosed. They extended a full replacement solution which would have been in the thousands (sounded high) but offered an alternative and more affordable solution that kept me running for the foreseeable future until I can afford the full replacement of my breaker box. In summary, Anderson offered timely service at reasonable price, but most importantly, extended alternative house safe solutions until I am able to financially able to address full replacement.

Good experience! They installed 240V outlet in my garage.
The electrician showed up on time, did the job quickly and cleaned after himself. Passed town's inspection with no problems.
The price was the best compared to other proposals.
Would use them again!

Just had Anderson lighting and electric install new can/recessed lighting in my kitchen and family room. Chuck and crew (Robert, Matt and Jeff) did an amazing job without a hitch. Courteous and professional. Very affordable. They were not happy till we were happy. Would highly recommend for any electrical project.
