I had a broken filter plug. Chris came and within 30 minutes got the plug out and showed me some things that were missed by previous techs. Glad he came out and solved this for me.

Our pump was not running and hot. Chris came out and noticed it was sucking air in the system. He found the issue (gaskets) and replaced them before the pump burnt up. Fast service, honest and knows his stuff!!! Will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him!

Today, my pool motor stopped working. It needed to be repaired because of the impending cold weather. I made a couple of calls to pool repair services seeking someone who could MAYBE come by today to take a look at it and hopefully repair it. I wasn't having much luck because it is Friday. My regular pool service person was jammed packed with service obligations...who is also awesome. I continued looking. In all of the days where I had previously searched for pool service and/or repairman, this was my first time ever seeing this Company in the search results. After speaking with Chris, the owner, I was elated because not only was he showing up, but his cost to do so was excellent. Well, as it turns out, the repair was a complex one. And had he not kept digging....really digging...and I believe some wouldn't have, it would have remained unresolved...for now. He literally left and returned twice for parts driving a distance without so much of a hint of frustration. I am over the moon that it is now repaired. He also replaced all of the seals. I am so grateful. In freezing weather, if you don't drain the water from the equipment or if you don't choose to keep it running till the freezing weather subsides, your equipment could be destroyed.

Chris was wonderful. Our pump broke and he was out within 24 hours of my initial call to diagnose our system and find a solution. Communication was top notch. He gave me options and his honest opinion on what he’d do if it were his pool. It’s so hard to find honest people now-a-days and Chris is one of them. 10/10 would recommend.

UPDATE: We went with the cheaper “cross your fingers and see if this works” option to see if things would work for the pump, it ended up not working and we needed to replace the whole system. Chris had the replacement done within 2 days of our decision to move forward. He checked the chemicals in our pool, checked our pool cleaner, and even went so far as to register our new pump with pentair (can you talk about going above and beyond?!) We’re so grateful for him and incredible work ethic and integrity. If you’re on the fence for a pool company let me assure you that you’re safe with FNS.
