This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience. wow! i have to say, my experience with the air duct cleaning team was really impressive. justin and his crew showed up right on time to check the air ducts at my rental property. they found that there was a heating/air duct disconnect, so they couldn't do the full cleaning that day. what really surprised me was that they didn't charge me for the visit, even though they came out and checked everything. i even offered to pay a service fee, but the office said no, and told me to just call them when i'm ready to get the ducts cleaned. i found them through a recommendation and i'm so glad i did. this crew is truly honest and friendly, and i appreciate how they treat their customers. with the texas heat, it's great knowing there's a reliable air duct cleaning service i can count on!
