Owner Ken and technician Eric were both very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the tree we called about initially (a 26 year old Bradford pear) is too sick to save, so we'll have to contact someone to remove. They treated an oak tree and a younger Bradford pear for issues Ken identified while looking at the first tree. Hoping those trees will live long, healthy lives.
