Mitch repaired a burner on my glass cooktop. It was overheating — even on low — every time I tried to use it. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and a week later, I could use my favorite burner again and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Mitch knows appliance repair and takes good care of his customers.

Mitch was awesome! He came out & fixed my dryer the same day I called. Totally recommend him!

I’ve used Mitch (owner) for many years. He’s always on time and will squeeze me in if I have an emergency. He’s honest and recommends appliances if our old ones need replacing. He could just fix it and charge for me for the but if it’s not worth fixing he’ll tell you. His prices are more than fair and tries to save me money if possible. I’ll never call anyone else.

Called several times and never got a callback. I guess you’re too busy.

Mitch came out to repair an icemaker and a noise the refrigerator was making.The noise was not fixed and I texted him a month ago and he never responded back.I also called him and left a message.He never responded.Same issue with the dishwasher.Bottom line I had to get another appliance repair to come out .Service call was 20 dollars cheaper than Forney appliance.Very disappointed in this company.

When I called and told the person on the phone what I thought could be the problem. Instead of giving me another estimate or another route he goes “just go by another one” and he hangs up the phone.
