Premier Appliance successfully diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher. The communication was great and the work was of acceptable quality. No complaints
If I could leave zero stars, I would. They do not return phone calls, and rarely return text messages. We have been without our stove for almost 2 months with very little communication from them about the status of the repair ("waiting on a part", a wiring harness, since beginning if April) and then today after I call and leave ANOTHER message requesting a manager/owner to call me concerning the status as they have not returned messages across roughly a month of time, I get a text message a few hours later saying that our warranty claim has been denied. The claim was filed in March. The warranty ran out May 9th. This is not on us. When the claim was filed, the warranty was active. Still no response to calls/texts today even with their answering machine saying, "All calls will be returned before the end of the business day." Had to call Lowe's to get them to open a new claim with a different company to come fix it. Do not use Premier Appliance! If I could attach the screen shots of the text messages and call logs here, I would (phone doesn't give me the option). I filed a complaint with Lowe's about them, too. Horrible customer service!
Chris let me know his timeframe and was even a little early. He took care of two Midea unit recalls. Gave me extra drains for future use and answered all of my many questions. Cleaned, rinsed and done. Bravo Chris !
The technician was very friendly and made sure to give me updates about when he would arrive. He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Answered all me questions and told me how to keep equipment in good working order.
This company came out on my freezer because it kept alarming and my stuff was thawing out, it was not freezing. The tech said he had to order 2 parts that would take 5 to 7 days and would be delivered to my apt. It took to 2 weeks for the parts yo be delivered to my house. I called to let them know the parts arrived they scheduled the second tech came out was a different tech than the 1st. He called and I had to explain how to get here then he said that the freezer had to be unplugged for 24 hours and thaw out before he could replace the parts. The first tech did not tell us this even though the second tech said the first tech implied in his notes that he did. So the next day, a third tech came out a different one again said we didn’t need both parts and only installed one part and I had already called them and told them about the light that didn’t work on the inside of the freezer as this tech is leaving and said it’s all fixed. Give it time to cool down and the light will stop blinking at the .bottom. He’s already gone when I go in there and look, and the light on the inside is still not working. So it wasn’t fixed I text him from the number he texted me from and got no reply explaining the light was still not Working. This company for me in my experience was not a good company, although the techs were polite when they were here, they did not do a good job or completed the job to my satisfaction.
I had a service call on my GE dishwasher covered under warranty forwarded to Premier Appliance Services. They got to my house within 2 business days, arrived early into the 2 hour window provided, and fixed the issue with my dishwasher much faster than I expected. My dishwasher is working great now. Thank you!
