This is is not a appliance store. 😡 I drove around and around. Map was setting right on top of it, the middle of road. I called the number, she was a switchboard, she call a technician and send them to my house. Check for problem and repair. We all know the cost of the part is 3x more than a store. Wylie is incredible! Faced with a discontinue but expensive microwave/convection oven over 17 years old, he brought it back to life and it now functions like new!!! Very honest and fair. Highly recommended!!!!
I was impressed by the consistently excellent reviews they had and called about having my washing machine repaired. He told me in our initial conversation what was wrong -- he was right. We made an appointment the following week, I called on Saturday for the initial inspection and we had to order parts. He showed up punctually after telling me he would be there in about an hour. He clearly knew what he was doing, worked efficiently to confirm the problem, told me what it would cost and completed the repairs. He was also able to give me suggestions to fix my ice maker that is not working currently instead of throwing parts at it. price was very reasonable and experience was very professional. I highly recommend KMW and will be calling if I ever have issues in the future. I'm a very happy customer

I called at 1:30 In afternoon because my washer would not drain and spin. He told me he would come in 1 hour and he was here in 1 hour. He came in, checked it out and reset it and it was working in less than 30 minutes. Price was half of what two other repair places would charge just to come out. He even gave me a senior citizens discount. Wadei was very courteous and professional. I recommend this company.
