I was impressed by the consistently excellent reviews they had and called about having my washing machine repaired. He told me in our initial conversation what was wrong -- he was right. We made an appointment the following week, I called on Saturday for the initial inspection and we had to order parts. He showed up punctually after telling me he would be there in about an hour. He clearly knew what he was doing, worked efficiently to confirm the problem, told me what it would cost and completed the repairs. He was also able to give me suggestions to fix my ice maker that is not working currently instead of throwing parts at it. price was very reasonable and experience was very professional. I highly recommend KMW and will be calling if I ever have issues in the future. I'm a very happy customer

Wadei from KMW was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem promptly and walked me through the process of what was needed and the cost. The job was completed in a timely manner and was quite reasonably priced.
