Highly recommend you use this company. Our Bosch dishwasher just wouldn't work correctly, it kept giving us error messages. The problem turned out to be an unusual part that was not working properly. They kept at it, until they figured out the problem then fixed it correctly not just bandid approaches!!! Will always use them and refer them to others, MORE than resonable in pricing and fast service too.

What started good, then went to possible panic mode for me, went back to great, because of Elizabeth. This was time sensitive because we were closing on our house in a few days and I did not want the Dishwasher to be a problem. I set my appointment, techs were on time. They discovered the problem. A hose needed replaced that they needed to find, so they left. A day goes by and I hear nothing. I reach out to Elizabeth and she said they cannot get the hose without buying the assembly. This was Thursday morning and now she's telling me it will be in and can be installed the next Tuesday. Here's where I panicked. We have movers coming Sunday and turn the house over Monday. No Can Do! I explained this and , at this point, just wanted the hose returned and I was going to figure something else out. About an hour later, I called Elizabeth to ask how I can get the hose back. She said she is still working and thinks she found the part in Ft Worth. She said, if they have it, she will personally drive over and get it. They did! She DID! It's fixed and I couldn't be happier. Who does that these days? Well, it happened and I will use them again and you should too.
