Very responsive. Were willing to come out same day to help with a clothes dryer that wouldn’t heat. Would recommend.

The repairman was nice, but his diagnosis was incorrect and it nearly cost me $659 unnecessarily. When he arrived at our home, I described the issue, a leak in the freezer, and without inspecting anything, he said there is only one place where water can leak, and it must be a stuck valve, and I would have to replace the entire water filter housing. I didn't feel right about his diagnosis, so I only paid the service fee for his visit and told him I'd think about doing the repair.

The following day, I did my own experiments with the fridge water and found that the ice tray was cracked, and that's why the water leaked. If I had followed their advice, I would have paid for a repair that would not have fixed the problem. I reached out to the company via email to ask for my money back for the service fee, but they have not responded. To anyone considering doing business with this company, I would steer clear of them.

When the company saw my less-than-positive review they called me and offered a refund. But they never sent the refund, and they were, in fact, very frustrating to deal with, again reinforcing my conclusion that it's not a company I would ever do business with again.
