Premier Appliance successfully diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher. The communication was great and the work was of acceptable quality. No complaints

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They do not return phone calls, and rarely return text messages. We have been without our stove for almost 2 months with very little communication from them about the status of the repair ("waiting on a part", a wiring harness, since beginning if April) and then today after I call and leave ANOTHER message requesting a manager/owner to call me concerning the status as they have not returned messages across roughly a month of time, I get a text message a few hours later saying that our warranty claim has been denied. The claim was filed in March. The warranty ran out May 9th. This is not on us. When the claim was filed, the warranty was active. Still no response to calls/texts today even with their answering machine saying, "All calls will be returned before the end of the business day." Had to call Lowe's to get them to open a new claim with a different company to come fix it. Do not use Premier Appliance! If I could attach the screen shots of the text messages and call logs here, I would (phone doesn't give me the option). I filed a complaint with Lowe's about them, too. Horrible customer service!

Chris let me know his timeframe and was even a little early. He took care of two Midea unit recalls. Gave me extra drains for future use and answered all of my many questions. Cleaned, rinsed and done. Bravo Chris !
