I’m marking that I did have business with Wade, however I didn’t get actual repairs done by him. Wade took the time and walked me through my issue on the phone and how it would be way more expensive to fix my small fridge than the actual value of the fridge. Unfortunately that wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, but I will now trust Wade if and when I need appliance repair. He took the time over the phone to walk through a fridge cooling system and explained how others might even might try to fix my issue halfway. I greatly appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend you listen to Wade and hire him if you need appliance help!

Honest, Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and timely! KCAR was the only service that was willing to come look at our fridge on the weekend. All the other services said it would be middle of next week before they could "get" to us.

If I can give this company a zero I would. This guy Wade came to look at my microwave . Said it was costing around 260 with parts. I had to call him or text constantly ti see where he’s at when he says it take about a week. That was August 4 we are in September 26. Stay away from this company or Wade. Unreliable and unresponsive
