Big shout out to Horatio Alonso at EMS Heating & Air Conditioning who took care of my AC unit! Did a great job fixing my fan motor and replacing my modulator. Plus, super cool guy. I would HIGHLY recommend this veteran owned company.

Our homeowners insurance sent this company two weeks ago the first tech said he couldn't fix our AC. So they sent out a specialist he said he needed to order a part. Which was supposed to come in Friday before last. My husband was checking with them daily for updates they said the part was coming from out of town. Then all of a sudden yesterday 9/8 they tell us the part is in pearland so they had been lieing the whole time and they started getting rude to my husband because he kept calling they even hung up on him a couple of times. On top of all that the appointment that they made for us for today 9/10 for between 9AM -1PM they texted my husband and said it was cancelled but, this happened after he called them to check the status of the technician. They gave us the runaround for over two weeks. We had to call someone on our own and having to pay out of pocket for something that our insurance was covering through this unprofessional company. I would not suggest anyone use this company. If I was able to give 0 stars I would give a -0!!!!

Don’t be misled by negative reviews for the WRONG COMPANY with a similar name out of Austin subcontracting in DFW. You’d think people posting angry reviews would ensure they were accusing the right company first before causing harm to someone else’s livelihood, that is reckless. EMS based in FORNEY, TX is absolutely trustworthy, timely, and does great work at my house every Spring and Fall. They have fixed our aging system when we were in a jam, they are forthcoming with pictures and technical measurements offering me a heads up if a part is reading weak heading into the next season, and they don’t fix what isn’t broken if I don’t want them to - like the noisy draft inducer in my furnace that somehow still hasn’t burned itself out. My 19 year old system is running great because of Eric and Emilio at EMS, love those guys, they will be my service provider as long as I live in the area.
