I had difficulty trying to schedule an appointment with this company. The first time I called I got a voicemail and nobody returned my call. When I called back the next day somebody answered and asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes but then never did... I ended up booking my cleaning with another company. It shouldn't be so difficult to try to schedule an appointment.

Called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. They did a wonderful job. The carpet looked great after they finished! Fast and great service.

Great fast and nice service. I just finished my carpet clean for new home. It is done very clean, and they cleaned professionally. Also, price is so reasonable. Im so satisfied.

Horrible customer service. Great first experience with carpets in a rent house so I tried to offer repeat business in my new home and they totally messed up scheduling and service. Clearly indicated what I needed and they just spinned it as a simple misunderstanding and dismissed it. Had to reschedule because they said they didn't have my phone number, but returned my call after I left a message. After one missed appointment, they tried to reschedule again because they didn't have the right equipment! Requested an air duct cleaning because we have a dryer duct obstruction and the owner scheduled a carpet cleaning after a lengthy detailed discussion of what we needed done. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend these guys! Punctual, great communication and they did a fantastic job on bringing the life back to my carpets. Brian was my tech, I will ask for him next time I need the carpets cleaned.

Amazing! I called Rankin the day after a competitor came to clean our carpet with disappointing results. The gentleman showed up, did an unbelievable job and absolutely blew the competition away. I used Rankin to have some area rugs cleaned. One of the rugs had stains that continued to come back after it dried. They came out several times free of charge until they were gone. Fast and friendly service. Brian was great! We will definitely use them in the future.

I am extremely impressed with this company. They were courteous and professional. They came out the same day I called. They showed up on time and got right to work by listening to our needs and working hard to service the areas. We have 3 children so our carpets were in pretty bad shape. They did a great job and you can't beat their prices! They will be our go to carpet cleaning company from now on. #customerforlife

The phone was answered promptly to schedule my appointment. Brian was on time and confirmed service requested. The price was same as I was originally quoted over the phone. I have very light colored carpet and it looks great now. I am very happy with the results and will be using them again.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Rankin Service Pros. I called on Monday, they arrived on time Tuesday, cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway for $86. Well worth it, excellent price, superb job!!! I highly recommend using their services.

This morning they cleaned my carpets. 1st time I used them. 2 people showed up and were done in half the time. You definitely get a bang for your buck. I was really surprised on the value and suggested they should charge more. Sorry everyone.

Excellent experience! I called to have them come clean my couch (since I've had it quite a while-side note, it's cloth and not leather) and had a good business transaction start to finish. The gentlemen who answered the phone was polite and friendly, answering all of my questions without coming across like I was being difficult (seems a rare thing anymore), and offered me service as soon as the next day. I scheduled a week out, and just as promised, he called half an hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. The cleaning tech was super friendly and very professional. He quoted me the price before beginning work and explained the process. He was efficient and as clean as could be expected. I feel like my couch is clean now. Thank you!

Brian did an AMAZING job on our carpets! We had a lot of visible stains thanks to our big dog and baby and he was able to get them all out. He is a very nice guy and easy to work with. The owner, Jason, is extremely personable and was very accommodating to my attempt of scheduling between baby naps :) I highly recommend Rankin Service Pros and will definitely use them in the future!
