MedPlumb came out to our home and quickly and effectively explained what they would be doing. They communicated how long and how much it would cost and they followed through. The entire process took less than an hour and they did a great job!

I was very pleased with the service I received from MedPlumb. I had a kitchen faucet blow apart and they set an appointment that worked with my schedule and even called to let me know they would be a bit late. Also called when they were about 20 minutes out. 2 young gentlemen quickly took care of the busted faucet and had my new one in within a few minutes. I knew that there would be a bit of leakage from unhooking the old one and had towels ready. But, they had their own and cleaned it up leaving it neat. They even checked to make sure it was working ok and no leaks then gathered up the trash and broken faucet and took it with them to dispose of. I will definitely be calling them for future problems.The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid and it was at least $200 cheaper then another company. Not many, actually none that I have worked with before, have called back the following day to make sure it was working fine and I was happy with it. I give them 5 stars because they earned them. I highly recommend them.

MedPlumb was originally called out to fix what turned out to be another plumbing service's poor installation of a tank-less water heater, which was causing a leak. They arrived between the hours as they promised. The plumbers were polite, accessed the current situation, and fixed the problem. Because they were true professionals the were very hesitant to just blame the other plumbing service, something so many tradesman tend to do. The next day we noticed more water dripping from a pipe coming from our ceiling over the same tank-less water heater. I phoned and expressed my concerns. MedPlum sent the same two plumbers on a Friday night to see what was going on. It was determined, I actually had a NEW issue, something the previous plumbing service had caused. The plumbers fixed this new issue and they refused to accept payment. A plumbing service that refuses to take payment!!!!? They explained their boss and company policy was to make their customers 110% happy, and they should have explored this when they were first here.
Needless to say, I am a 110% happy customer, and will continue to use and recommend MedPlum.

I will recommend MedPlumb LLC for life. They rescued me from my plumbing mayhem. I bought an old home with clay plumbing, needed my sewer line replaced, they came out diagnosed the issue. Started getting permits that day, I was up & running in the next couple of days. I didn’t have to do anything, they were experts & communicated exactly what they were doing. I’m so grateful!! I tried installing a bidet, and it didn't exactly go well...ended up breaking the whole toilet. Whoops! Luckily I called MedPlumb and they were able to come out the same day. They were fantastic about communication, and our Plumbers were very knowledgeable and forthcoming about how they could fix our plumbing problem. They explained a few different options with clear prices, and we decided to go ahead and get a new toilet installed (as ours was 20 years old and builder grade). Both of our technicians were quick, courteous, on time, and the bill we got was the EXACT price we were quoted. No surprises here! Eric even installed the bidet that caused this whole debacle. Haha! 100% would recommend. Also love that they are a local company! #shoplocal
