Technician Deangelo went beyond the extra mile to resolve our frustrating repair delays. During the month and a half of waiting on parts that were out of stock, our fridge had started working again. Deangelo was thorough in assessing it for any problems and when he found none, he processed a full refund for the expensive parts.
