Don't bother calling as they promise to send you information on how to engage with them then they don't send. Have contacted them twice with no results. Look for someone more responsive.

2021 had some challenges, so work took quite a while. However, the finished product is awesome!!

Panther City did a fantastic job on our concrete patio! They were quick and the work was very high quality. Will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

We are a GC company from Dallas. We have loyal customers who moved to the Arlington area and therefore we looked to hire a local and reputable company to fulfill this project. I am literally stunned at how incredible the work and rapid response that Panther has been to our clients who had a tree fall through their outdoor living space. Because of Panther, our clients will be able to enjoy their Thanksgiving with no interruption. They are absolutely incredible!!!

I hired Panther City Arbor and Patio to build a new patio cover after the old one was destroyed by a tornado in late 2022. PCAP did an overall great job on the project, which included demo and haul away of the old structure too.

After haul away, we got to work designing a replacement structure. Dustin (owner of PCAP) provided several computer aided renderings in the early stages which really helped envision what the project would look like. After engineering was reviewed, PCAP submitted very detailed plans to the city and gave me what I needed to give to the HOA for its approval too. City planning department was impressed with the submitted design package and it got approved quickly, a day or two faster than I could got HOA review sign off.

The carpentry team did really nice work and was easy to communicate with. The stone cutting process is (not surprisingly) dusty so be ready for that by keeping furniture etc. far away, and using tarps or plastic to keep surfaces covered, while the cutting is in progress. The craftsmanship reflected in finished masonry was absolutely first-rate.

The manager on this project, Devyn, communicated very well throughout. He listened and found solutions when the situation required it. He did a very good job overall. This was a fairly complex job with multiple trades involved. PCAP does a good job of using software tools to track the steps.

Dustin (company owner) has a lot of patio construction experience yet is also enthusiastic and on-the-lookout for new outdoor products to incorporate into their projects. For example, PCAP is a dealer for some interesting innovative vendors in fireplaces and grills, such as Empire and Napoleon. It was nice to be able to see some samples of these products in person at their large showroom in Fort Worth.

It was a pleasure working with Dustin, Devyn and the entire PCAP team on my project. It all turned out very well.

Dustin is a true professional and went out of his way to ensure the job was done right. They installed two large flagstone patios with a bench and fire pit. His crew are artists and do an outstanding job. I highly recommend Panther City for your next project!

Panther City is EXCELLENT. They transformed our plain backyard into a beautiful one. We love the extra space our new patio provides us and the tile they put down is gorgeous. We are the envy of our neighborhood. They covered up the metal posts on our wooden fence and it looks 100% better. They matched the cedar stain perfectly to the existing fence. Dustin and his entire crew are wonderful. Highly recommend Panther City. You won’t be disappointed. Their showroom is a wonderful first impression and it only gets better from there.
