Did not show up for appointment. They didn’t call. We waited for almost 5 hours. We called them and they said they would have a service person call us. They never called back. Plus they wanted $299.00 up front on phone for a service call plus the work to install 1 wall socket! I called them back a 3rd time and requested an immediate refund and cancellation.

It was a fantastic experience working with the Nexus Electrical experts! They were both extremely knowledgeable and nice. After I had a Nema 14-50 installed in my detached garage, these guys came up with a better, less unsightly way to run the wires through my breezeway. Because I didn't want to see the conduit pipes, this was useful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Scheduling with Nexus Electrical was easy and the process was explained well on my first call. They reached out to confirm the morning of the appointment to ensure they would have everything they would need and to gave me a better sense for when within the scheduled window they would arrive for the job. They were on time, professional, and they walked me through the options and costs prior to beginning the work. Every bit of the experience was great. I highly recommend Nexus Electrical

I scheduled an appointment with Nexus and they required a $99 service fee upfront taking payment over the phone which made me immediately skeptical. I received no email receipt or confirmation of payment afterwards. THEN no one showed up during the schedule appointment window and no one called me. I had to call them several times just for them to say they are trying to procure an electrician, and that the are working for a big job right now and they will call me back to tell me when they could come. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting to see if I will receive one before calling my bank and listing this transaction as fraud.

It is also interesting that the phone number listed on Google is different from the phone number listed on the bank transaction. When called the person that answered said a different company name but after providing my name said they would ask the billing department to cancel my appointment and refund me.

P.S. The business address takes you to the side of a Domino's Pizza.

Brown electric out he flirted with my wife the whole time I was a work did all work for no charge told her this one's one me but wanted one-on-one lessons with my wife on Google and SEOs because his wife's a teacher and don't want to help him in the office I guess he's seeking help from other married women or make it a lifestyle? Then texting her phone at 8 pm asking how was the hot water?
