Great service, knew what they were doing, and arrived on time. Our dryer’s “check vent light” was on. I tried cleaning out the dryer vent hose and the light was still on. They came out, used a camera to check the entire vent, cleaned out everything and now our dryer works again!

So glad I called this family owned business! We had a dryer that wasn’t drying and they were able to use a camera to check the vent. No plugs or issues. They pulled my dryer out and checked in it and found a 😵 bird. They removed it, vacuumed everything out for good measure, put everything back together, and now my dryer runs great. They were quick and very professional.

Terrible customer service and don’t seem to care whatsoever about it. Got led along and flat out lied to by “Brandon” for three weeks about a project. After he fed me literally every excuse in the book, eventually said that they no longer have a crew and that Aledo (25mins away) is too far for them to go. This is after he stood me up the week before and had no issues with going to Aledo....”We have several jobs out that way” was what the lady answering the phones said. What a joke and a waste of time....

Had sofa in home and rv's carpets cleaned. I am exceptionally pleased.

RV's carpet was original in bedroom. It WAS dirty and very worn. It now is blue, clean and shows no sign of traffic. I am blown away!!!! Living area had new carpet installed a few years ago but is white and was stained and overall dingy. It now shows no wear or stains. Dried in a few hours.

My sofa was very stained from my toddler spilling everything possible on it, as well as drawing. It now looks brand new. I was almost about to blow hundreds on a new sofa and now I no longer need to. Not one stain!!!!!! I'm sooo excited I feel like I won something!

Lance Carlson did an amazing job on my poor sad carpets. I thought I was going to need to replace them for sure, however after he cleaned them they look fabulous. More life in them for sure just needed a little TLC Thanks again We definitely be using again !

We hired ChemDry for a rental property after a tenant destroyed the carpet and we were not sure it could be saved! The before and after was incredible! Highly recommend!
