John , the manager did our home’s windows today and we are so pleased with Window Genie of Fort Worth..He is pleasant, knowledgeable and very much a professional! The windows look amazing! Everything was perfect from scheduling the appointment with Sasha to John completing the job..RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

Did a good job overall. When asked to dry spots from windows, claimed window treatment is streak free, so refused. Streaks left on window, we had to redo.

I’m looking out my office windows right now and it’s so clear and bright with the sun shining out there. Guys did a quick and wonderful job. The rest of the house is just great also.

I Just Had a cleaning service and gutter wash out from Window Gene, and I am AMAZED by the superior Job the crew did. Window Gene of FW will always have my business. They also Tinted my House windows with a superior film and I noticed a drop in energy bills for every summer for the last 5-years when they did the tinting. The tint still looks like it was just applied yesterday.

From a first-time customer: For 20+ years, I thought I was washing our windows when apparently, all I’ve been doing is moving the dirt around. Today, John H and Frost washed them and left me completely gobsmacked! Simply put, the windows are STUNNING– they haven’t looked this good since they were new.

Plus, both gentlemen were friendly, professional, tidy and really did everything they could to make the process easy and convenient. And, Sasha who does the scheduling was patient and responsive - working with my nutty schedule.

At first we had a bad experience the guy who originally came out did not clean our windows at all. It was pretty pathetic, it almost looked like he just slapped water all over the place and then took off. So I followed up with Fish WC and they sent out Jared(sp) who did such an amazing job! I mean our windows look brand new! Never have they been this cleaned. He took his time, was throughout and very friendly. Our dental company while continue using Fish and hope to have Jared from here on out!
