Iam the daughter that Mr. Rivera mentions in his review the reason we stopped servicing you was because because we worked two months without you paying us an we decided to stop servicing you for that reason also plus you never wanted us to do a filter cleaner an those type of filters need to be cleaned every three months an I would ask all year around an you never approved an was needed to for your pool an would never answer the messages when needing to contact you that was the reason we stopped servicing you in over all we are professional at doing our job an it is family own

I have exelent service with Mondragón pool service. I had a really experience with a bigger pool service and Mondragón Service got my pool functioning again at a reasonable price

We have used Leo for years. He is honest, hard working and fair pricing and just nice to chit chat with. He also has showed up in a pinch on several things (ie. having a party and need to change clean day, hearing a funny sound and need him to come check it out, freeze coming and need instructions/advice on how best to protect our pool, etc.) It is so rare to find that kind of service these days. I don’t know what I will ever do if he stops doing pool service. I would hate to try to find someone because people/ businesses like his are so so hard find.

Side note: my husband took care of our pool for years and did a fine job but the amount of time you get back with your family by having a professional do this task is unmatched. 100% worth every penny, especially for Leo!
