Maria and Adriana just left my home after my first cleaning. I am SO happy with the work they did. My home looks and smells AMAZING!!! I've tried other services and was always left frustrated and disappointed but not with Reyes Cleaning. Everything was taken care of done very well. I'm very happy with my cleaning and will use them again without a doubt!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Reyes Cleaning! My fiancé and I wanted our house deep cleaned after his roommates moved out and I moved in before the wedding! They spent 3+ hours deep cleaning the entire house + appliances! I had the privilege to Silvia J, Ana Maria V, and Maris M. All 3 worked great as a team and were professional and friendly!

Reyes Cleaning was referred to me due to their exceptional work, and Vanessa C and Monica L were amazing! They did much better than we expected, and I feel good about moving in now that they these ladies have put their touch on our home. We will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone we know. Thank you so much!

Reyes Cleaning is a keeper. Will use again! Brenda and Monica came in and got busy right away. They knew exactly what to do. They were efficient and thorough. They were gracious when a couple of missed items were pointed out and quickly corrected them. Very happy with them and the service they provided.

I called sort of at the last minute to get my house cleaned for Christmas. Victor worked it out! Maria Gomez and Monica came on Monday Dec. 23rd. This was Monica's second visit to my home. She and Maria G. did an excellent job. I was having trouble with one of the eyes on the stove. When Monica finished, not only were they clean and shining, but they were all level and working properly. Reyes Cleaning does not disappoint. They are 5 Stars in my book.

Marie G. and Adriana M. were early, professional and did an incredible job cleaning the entire house. It took longer than anticipated yet; these two ladies never stopped and worked so hard to leave the house spotless!

I've had multiple deep cleanings from Reyes Cleaning and I've never been disappointed. Most recently Hermelinda and Monica worked on my house. They were both very friendly and courteous and left my home shining. The price is very good for the amount of work. I will definitely continue to use Reyes Cleaning in the future!

I found Reyes Cleaning through Google because of their top box ratings. From getting a quote to scheduling services to tracking the whereabouts of the employees, the communication process with the company was great! Originally, we were scheduled to have two people show up, but on the day of only one arrived, which was fine with me. During the pandemic, interactions with fewer people is preferred! Sandra was awesome! She showed up wearing a mask and gloves, was professional and pleasant. She cleaned my mom's home from top to bottom and took care of the places in the home where we asked for special attention. Thank you Sandra and Reyes Cleaning for a job well done.

My move out deep clean looked amazing! The house was sparkling, which is just what I was hoping for because I’m selling the house and wanted it to look good. Gissely did an amazing job. I would use her again, but I am moving states.

DO NOT WASTE your time or money! Floors were not slept, countertops were not wiped down and windows were not cleaned (which is something I specifically asked for). To be honest it’s hard to tell what was actually cleaned. When I contacted them, I got the run around for weeks and it was hard to get a hold of their management. Still nothing has been done to correct the issue and I’m out all my $$. Would leave zero stars of that was an option, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Firstly,
The fact that you are responding to my review almost a YEAR later, already speaks volumes to your customer service. Especially considering my calls were never answered at the time this all went down. I’m not buying that you could’ve spent all day here and there was just too much work to be done. Had that been the case, and you used “your best judgement” to prioritize the cleaning, we would’ve found some area of the house to be decently clean. It did not appear that ANY part of this house had been deep cleaned, except maybe the master shower and bathtub, which I can’t imagine would’ve taken the entire amount of time you claimed to be at the house. Your service was specifically catered to a move-in DEEP clean, so I’m not understanding where the lack of preparation for a completely vacant house came from with a team of what, 2, 3 professional cleaners? The main surfaces of the kitchen were still filthy, the kitchen floor was grimy and appeared untouched. None of the windowsills/blinds had been touched, the downstairs half bath toilet was left disgusting and untouched, all the doors were still grimy. So please enlighten me on what exactly was “prioritized by your best judgment”, because for the amount of time you claim to have spent working on the house, I couldn’t find anything about this house that would reflect that. This house was completely vacant and could’ve easily appeared as though you attempted to clean it, and it didn’t come close.

I still stand by that we were taken advantage of because we were not here to oversee the cleaning process, and again, poor decision on our part, but we expected a lot better from a professional cleaning company.

*ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am extremely upset and disgusted with the service provided, or lack there of, I should say. I believe we were taken advantage of and it’s absolutely not okay. My husband and I have recently moved into an older home. That being said, it definitely needed a deep cleaning before move in day. The house was completely vacant. Even the drawers and cabinets were empty. We paid for a deep move in clean. Now, I should start by saying that neither of us were able to be here during or after the cleaning, which in retrospect, was a poor decision on our part, and I deeply regret, because it allowed these people to take full advantage of us and take our money. At the time, I thought, surely this google verified company wouldn’t screw us out of our money, right?! We came to the home a day later, and it was not at all what we expected. It didn’t even smell like cleaner. We found that so many surfaces were untouched and still filthy. My son’s feet were black after walking across the laminate flooring. We found rooms that weren’t even vacuumed, the downstairs toilet was disgusting and untouched. It still had grime and gunk around the toilet seat. The drawers and cabinets were not wiped out at all(which I was told would be done so long as they were empty). We found window sills and door frames that had gunk and dirt and bugs on them. Obviously not cleaned, either. The blinds were still dusty. I’m still walking around finding places missed and having to clean them myself. We were quoted $290 for this “deep clean”, and on top of it all, were charged an additional $40, because they needed more time to finish the cleaning. I’m just furious. I’ve tried calling them to speak with management about this and they won’t answer my call. I stay on hold for over 20 minutes. It’s absolutely unacceptable, what they’ve done, and I highly highly encourage you to find better recommendations elsewhere. I had high expectations, and was hoping to bring my family home to nice clean house. (Including my 2 year old and newborn). Instead I had to spend so much time cleaning what they didn’t, to even feel sanitary. I took pictures of some of the filth I have found thus far.

I’m am very unhappy with my experience. I called for a quote and was given a price based on the sqft of my home. I explained that I would be out of town and unavailable during the cleaning. Day of the cleaning I got several txts telling me they would be hours late which didn’t bother me because I was out of town. The next morning when I checked my phone I had messages from the technician saying that after 4 hours the job was not finished and he need my permission to keep cleaning because now it was going to cost more. Since I wasn’t available they just left. I called the next morning confused and I was told the story above. I was never told anything about a time frame during the quote. When I came to check the work I found that my wife and I were going to have to do additional deep cleaning ourselves. The pics I included are only an example of what I am disappointed with. They did offer to send out their technician to finish the job with additional cost. After a supposed 4 hrs of work we were unable to tell much of a difference from before. I hope the next person who considers hiring finds this usful

I've used Reye's cleaning several times in the past but this will most definitely be the last time. Last Tuesday we paid for a deep clean on our whole house. I get home as the cleaners were leaving and wasn't aware that this company let's customers perform a Quality Check as my wife is always the one that handles this. She was out of town so it was on me. Upon arriving at home, I was asked to sign an Ipad stating that the work was done (not a Quality Check) so I signed off. Keep in mind that the floors are still wet so I wasn't able to inspect anything even if I knew it was a QC. About 15 minutes later the floors are dry so I start walking around the house inspecting everything only to see a mediocre job done. My wife calls Jackie and is transferred to Eddy. Eddy tells her that there is essentially nothing he can do about it since it was signed off. I step in a talk with Jackie and she tells me she will find a resolution for the sub par cleaning job and call me back. Monday rolls around and still no resolution. I call Eddy and he offers me a 15% discount on our next cleaning. Are you kidding me? You think we are going to use a company that performs shoddy work? Absolutely not. It would've been different if it was just a few minor things not cleaned but this was over the WHOLE HOUSE. I have about 50 pictures that were sent to Jackie and Eddy and neither seemed to care about the shoddy work. Posting this to educate others on what terrible work looks like and to call someone else if you want your house actually cleaned.

Amazing. Sofia lead an awesome team and got our home in tip-top condition after reconstruction due to a hot water heater leak. Jackie coordinated the deep clean to every last detail from the office. Happy home owners (and cats) 😀😀😀🙏❤️
