Joe Armijo and his crew did a wonderful job on our complete landscape work. Our backyard has been transformed into basically a destination for us. Our new flagstone patio is extremely well done and attractive. The stone flower bed borders look fantastic and they did a great job with the grading and drainage so our yard won’t have puddles during rain storms. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his crew. Strong recommendations!!

I’m not going to pay for an estimate.

Yup, it was explained if I hired Denmark Lawn the $75 would be “credited”. An estimate is an opportunity for a company to earn a customers business. For whatever reason if I decide to not use your services, I.e. cost, timeline, plan/execution, a customer shouldn’t be forced to pay you if not using you.

IMO it’s distasteful business practice. Have the confidence you’ll earn a customers business.

Not all reviews need to be based off of service. I was in contact with your company, was explained this estimate fee and I felt it was distasteful. This review is to help someone not make the same mistake I did by placing the call.

Very disappointed in our service. Often times they didn’t come on the day they were supposed to come and most of the time did an incomplete job. I specifically called out multiple things they failed to do and it was never fixed. I was paying a lot of money for weed control and fertilization but my yard looked worse than my neighbors who were doing nothing.
They also try to upsell you constantly. They use drought and heat damage as an excuse to sell you a chinch bug treatment, and then when you buy it they don’t even do the full job. Cancelled my service and will not be coming back.

Excellent customer service - very responsive. Automatic billing is a real plus. Kyle is very responsive to email and requests via the web for extra services. They have really helped make our lawn / landscaping look great. Highly recommend them.

Denmark’s landscape truck number 1 far exceeded expectations this week. Our lawn looks better than ever. They were perfectly professional, and I highly recommend their service.

We are exceptionally pleased with Denmark Lawn. Their work is professional and the crews are very personable. I also appreciate that the company gives back to the community.

We have a front and side yard of low maintenance with no grass, just low water use plants and decomposed granite. Weeding, pruning, cleaning, and removing leaves are needed. Denmark Lawn personnel are prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

The work the crew did finish was fine, and it is not that the crew did not work. However, you have to contract by the hour instead of paying an agreed upon fee for work up front. This means that a job that might take a little over an hour will cost you two hours. Unfortunately, the crew they sent came out, trimmed the bushes, and left all of the debris in the front yard because their hour was up. I’d rather know what I am going to pay up front and get the entire job done. Otherwise, it just feels like you are trying to buy a used car.

I have been using Denmark Lawn for my home's lawn maintenance for over a year and I'm satisfied with their service. They are quick and efficient and I've had no problems with them. My yard always looks good after they finish.

Nayeli is the only good person at that company. The team broke our gate latch completely off the hinges bending the screws in another direction, cracking our fence due to the amount of force applied, left the gate wide open for our dog to potentially run away, ran off without telling us or Nayeli, had to call Nayeli to explain what happened and when they were asked about it knew exactly what "happened" and blamed all the damage on water damage and told us to get a new fence even though it is only 1 and a half years old and the way the screws are bent prove alone what they did accident or not. Then the manager can't be bothered or care to call to a customer to try and get a very pressing issue that their team caused to be fixed. My spouse has cancer and instead of focusing on things that matter, I have grown adults not taking responsibility for their actions in what they did. It is mind blowing. It is unfortunate because up until now I had respect for the company.

The Denmark team is extremely reliable and does a consistently great job on our landscaping. Even if they're going to have to miss a day they communicate that appropriately and always reschedule ASAP. When I need additional add-on services they're happy to oblige and always take care of them with the utmost care.

My spouse loved their company and it is really frustrating because normally they do a great job. However, this time one of their team members broke our fence by pushing too hard causing the latch to break off the fence causing another crack and you can see that by the screws being bent another direction too. The team told Nayeli that it was because the fence was old and had water damage. Look at this picture and tell me by the look of the new screws being bent in another direction and completely unhinged and cracked, even if there was water “damage” on the 1 1/2 year old gate, water can’t bend the screws in a 45 degree angle the other direction. This team member was careless and when the told Nayeli they apparently knew about it because they tried to talk out of it by explaining it. Why rush off in a hurry and not tell the owner or Nayeli that they had an issue with the fence if they weren’t guilty of something. Then they told us they couldn’t get a team member out today because they are short staffed and I told them that I have a husky and can’t let him out back because of this issue. The break is severe enough for you to have known what you did and they didn’t tell us. Instead they left the gate wide open and drove away not telling us or Nayeli. My spouse had to call her about it and she had to ask them. It also speaks volumes that the manager can’t be bothered or care to give us a call and see what happened or try to fix the situation. It is really frustrating because my spouse now has to find another company to go with and we liked having you as a service. I circled the breakage areas for reference. Unreal how people can’t be held accountable for their actions now and my spouse has cancer and instead of focusing on issues that matter we have to deal with people who don’t take responsibility for what they do accident or not.

Denmark did a xeriscape/dryscape project for me, and it was fantastic from start to finish! They made sure any questions I had throughout the process were answered very quickly, everything was completed beyond my expectations, and they stayed within my budget without haggling over plants or services. Everyone involved from office staff, owner, to crew members made it a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend Denmark to all.

Chase and Eli have been doing a great job mowing our lawn every week. I appreciate their attention to details. Denmark Lawn is great at communicating any changes in schedule due to rain, and also days when fertilization or weed spraying will occur. I highly recommend this company and its employees!

I'm signed up with Denmark Lawn for the weekly mowing of my front, back and side yards. I've also hired them to remove existing foliage in my flower bed and plant succulents instead.

I highly recommend them because they're affordable, professional and work fast. I'm amazed at how quickly they can complete a job.

Denmark has put up our Christmas lights the past two years and done a very good job. Great at communicating and also packs them up for us to store at the end of the season. Highly recommend.

Denmark lawn installed our Christmas lights in December 2019. Kyle was attentive, worked with in our budget, and installed a beautiful light display for our home. They returned a week or so after New Year’s took everything down and placed the lights and cords in containers. We loved our experience with them and plan on 2020 Christmas light installation!

Denmark Lawn goes over and above making sure that they leave us with honesty, integrity, and hard work. They were meticulous around the mulch getting every weeds inside and around the flower bed paying attention to details.We take great pride in their work and hope to have their business all year around.

Our yard looks better than it ever has before, part of which I think is due to their once-weekly mowing and sharp blades. They also make getting any other lawn or landscape work done really easy. Our Christmas lights looked amazing. The customer service was excellent. They were very easy to deal with and followed up after the installation to see that we were pleased and to see if we had any problems with the lights. Can’t wait to use them again next year!
