The office person was very polite and courteous, the two gentlemen they sent out were very professional and willing to set up my system with me. They found the problem with the sprinkler heads very quickly and fixed them in a short amount of time , which saved me additional cost. I would recommend this sprinkler and lawn service company to anyone that needs this type of service.

I primarily worked with Anthony and his team for my home's landscaping needs. They seem to be very experienced and extremely hard working. Anthony understood quickly and exactly what I tried to convey in the initial walk-through meeting. I had set pretty broad and general requirements for my landscape but they did a commendable job with attention to every last detail and fulfillment of all of the requests that I had made. The other thing I liked was how very accommodating he was as far as the timing of the initial walk-through meeting was concerned to fit my schedule. I really appreciate the effort you guys took in making the landscape look nice. There are more ideas I have for my landscape and I'll most probably give them repeat business. I had called them up only after and because of the nice reviews I read online and I can for sure say that the reviews are all accurate. I would definitely recommend Premier Oaks Landscape Management to anyone who has any landscaping needs.

The entire experience was amazing. Candice and her team were there when they said, came in on budget and offered up opportunities that might work better once work began. Flexible, honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I also couldn't believe how clean they left my yard each day when they were done. You wouldn't have known they were even there! I HIGHLY recommend this company for any work you need!

Brendan showed up right on time. He was very respectful and professional. He was thorough with his inspection of our sprinkler system and quickly repaired all issues he found. He was very patient when walking me through how to program the controller. I'll be using Premier Oaks again should I have any other issues.

The crew that came, led by Hakeem, was very professional, kind and communicated what needed to be repaired every step of the way.
They went above and beyond making sure my irrigation system was fully operational. They repaired 3 valves a broken pipe and made sure I was satisfied with their work and the performance of the system.

I requested the following from Premier Oaks:
1. Determine reason for pressure loss in two of my nine sprinkler stations .
2. Move and/or add sprinkler heads due to new fencing and driveway extension.
3. Evaluate areas where we could add efficiency in the system.

The crew exceeded my expectations and completed all my requests. Let me give a short explanation to why I say this:
It started with the office/scheduling staff (Miranda & Erica). These ladies kept me updated on schedule delays due to weather or on job delays. Very easy to work with.
The first crewmember to visit was, David Lewis who did an evaluation of the system to identify the potential issues/fix with the system. He then came up with a plan to gain efficiencies with my system as per my request. David’s approach was thorough and presented me with a plan that made perfect sense.
The next phase was to implement the plan. Yancy Lugo and his crew got to work and did an amazing job at addressing the issues. Yancy was very good at thinking outside the box with all of his experience and was able to identify the real issues once he began working and uncovering areas of concern.
In the end, I highly recommend this company. They are represented by people that are honest, easy to work with, explain things, clean up the mess and most of all, will save you money if where they can.
The above attributes are becoming harder to find. Give this company a chance, I do not think with my experience they will let you down.

Great experience! Set up the appointment through the office manager who was amazing and was able to get a tech to my home within a couple of hours. The techs that arrived were incredibly friendly and professional. They gave honest advice and were able to provide a fair quote for repairs that needed to be made.

Despite a rocky start due to a communication problem, everything has worked out for the best. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who helped resolve the issue. A special mention goes to David Lewis, who provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. He ensured clear communication and successfully resolved my irrigation issue. Before leaving, he made certain that we were both satisfied with the service provided. I greatly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

Premier Oaks did a great job with our Christmas decorations last year. Our HOA renewed with them on a three year contract. We received numerous compliments from community residents.

I have used Premier Oaks for three years now for outstanding, quality installation of my Christmas lights. I highly recommend Premier Oaks for your holiday home decor needs! It is so fun to watch people slow down in front of my house during the holiday season, some even take pictures. Their pricing is competitive and customer service is excellent!

My experience with Premier Oaks Landscape Management can only be described as a complete disaster. From the very first appointment, it was clear that this company lacked professionalism and integrity. They tried to cancel last minute, citing "weather" as the excuse, despite the fact that there wasn't a cloud in the sky. It seemed like a blatant attempt to avoid fulfilling their obligations, and it left me feeling frustrated and distrustful from the start.

Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. On the second appointment, they failed to address the leak that we had specifically hired them to fix. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to send us a bill for the full amount, as if their shoddy workmanship was something to be proud of. It was a slap in the face to be expected to pay for a job that was left incomplete and poorly executed.

Even when they finally returned to address their mistakes, Premier Oaks Landscape Management continued to disappoint. Not only did they fail to finish the job properly, leaving behind two gaping holes in my backyard, but they also displayed a shocking lack of concern for their customers by saying they would get to it when they get to it. When I asked the manager David Lewis if there is anything they can do to cover the holes since there is a high probability to rain, he hung up on me. This level of disregard for their clients' time and property is completely unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering hiring this company to look elsewhere for their irrigation needs. Save yourself the headache and frustration – steer clear of Premier Oaks Landscape Management.

They were very responsive in getting me in their schedule when my controller wasn't working properly. Hakeem was professional and very thorough with his troubleshooting of my problem. He was able to fix my issue without delay. I would have given them 5 stars but I'm still trying to get a quote on a replacement for my rain sensor 10 days past my appointment. I'm hoping to get my quote soon.

David did such a great job last Friday with my emergency water leak that I had him come back and fix the sprinkler heads that weren’t working and the new control box that was on its last leg. I am so happy I found premier because they are competitive pricing and skilled. The kind of people and company you want when you have emergency with water going everywhere from broken pipes. They are also fast.

My experience with my irrigation system has not been positive 😢 We moved into a new build 4 years ago and have not had a repeat company since. Today that changed! Thank you to Miranda for getting us on the schedule so quickly and a huge THANK YOU to David who, with his experienced team, is wrangling my crazy sprinklers into a semblance of normal 🎉 Premier Oaks is an established company that will be there for me into the future and that is worth more than anything else! I can't wait to see my newly repaired system in action.

Our technician, David, was a complete professional, finished and double-checked the work quickly, and even stuck around to answer some random irrigation questions I had.

This was my first time using Premier Oaks. I will be using their services again in the future. Brendan did an excellent job for us and was very professional in the process. He made sure he spent the time training me on the capabilities of our new controller and we tested the irrigation work together to ensure everything was as expected. Excellent experience.

David and Hakeem were amazing to work with! They diagnosed my problem quickly and provided me options for the repair. In fact, they found a simpler (and more cost effective) solution to my problem that was different than my original quote. All my repairs to a broken pipe were done correctly and they took painstaking care to ensure my yard looked like they had not even been there. Any company that values doing what is right by the customer over pure profit gets my business. Premier Oaks Landscape will be my go-to for irrigation and landscape from here on out.

I know how busy it can be during the hot summer months so when I called about a couple of busted sprinklers, I didn’t expect them to be so quick to come fix it. David was excellent at explaining what needed to be done over the phone, quick to get out there and diagnose, quick to repair everything, priced well, and all without me even being in town for the fix.

I have to say that I rarely write reviews. Premier leaves you with a feeling that you not only got good service at a great price, but truly exceptional service from start to finish. I have used several companies in the past and Premier Oaks is above and beyond the rest. I called to have a leak in sprinkler system repaired. They arrived on time and professionally resolved the issue. My system was also checked and they recommended zone times and set my controller. If your looking for no worries and at an excellent price then you need to call them.
