We used Reyna's Tree Service for my grandmother's house to raise the canopy of one of her trees and trim some things up. They were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves well and even brought ants to our attention and treated them too. I would definitely recommend them and their crews and I will use them again when the need arises.

I would have loved to give a 5 star but was ghosted on finishing the job. The tree trimming was great and several trees were cut down including a large tree. He asked if he could come back to grind the stump and I said yes. He never showed up again after 4 months of trying to contact him. He was fully paid. I even left a message asking what I did that upset him. No reply. Do not pay in full until job is complete.

Bad ending.
I hired Reyna Tree Service to remove a number of 60 ft trees, grind out the stumps, and clean up/remove the debris. It took almost 2 months, working an hour or two now and then, and sometimes not showing up for several days. But when here, they did a great job. And I felt we had developed a good relationship.
But...
When the job was nearing completion, he asked if I could go ahead and pay him the remainder of the contracted amount, which I did. I had developed a good perception of his character. But as soon as he got the money, he ghosted me. He didn't come back, and he wouldn't answer phone calls or text messages. The work left undone included cutting out some roots protruding from the ground, cleaning up the debris left from the stump grinding, and repairing the fence panel that was removed to gain property access.
Gilbert's work was very good. But, in my view, taking the money and then disappearing prior to the job being finished overrides all of the good work.

Used them for 3 yrs now! LOVE these guys. Gilbert has saved my beautiful Live Oak, first by treating for carpenter ants (like that ant scene in the Indiana Jones movie), then keeping it trimmed and strong after the ice storm. Even though that ant infestation had weakened the tree, it has recovered and remains strong thanks to Reyna’s.

did an amazing job from start to finish. They were on time, very professional, and worked quickly but carefully. They removed a large tree in our yard and also trimmed several others — everything was done safely, and they cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here.
What really stood out is that they speak Spanish, which made communication so much easier for my family. They explained
