I was thoroughly impressed with Octagon from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I would give no stars if it were possible. I work for a business that actually fired Octagon due to a lack of communication/ response, and went with another business. The month following that cancellation, our HQ accidentally mailed Octagon a check for the month we no longer used their services. Octagon had issued an invoice for $135.31 for the month of November, and our HQ automatically paid the amount just because it was in our system. Upon realizing the issue, I called several times, left several voicemails, emailed, etc. no response whatsoever despite saying in the voice message that their customers’ calls are “very important”. It is now February, and still nothing. For months. Octagon was very proactive when it came to cashing the check (almost immediately), but have completely gone silent when it comes to returning the money that they should not have requested in the first place. Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible.
