This is the second time Jim has cleaned our carpets. We were amazed with the results the first time so we called him back when it was time to have them cleaned again. All I can say is WOW! They look amazing. Our carpets are over 15 years old and thanks to Jim and his attention to detail, we won't be replacing them anytime soon. Very professional & honest. Other carpet care professionals could learn from him. I highly recommended him.

Jim was exceptional. Very friendly, our carpets not only look but smell amazing. We did steam cleaning and the deodorizing which was just lovely! We have wanted to do this for so long as we have 2 big dogs and I’m so glad we did. Will use again in the future! Thanks Jim

I contacted New Life Carpet Care to clean several carpets in my home that had not been cleaned in MANY years. We have several dogs and cats in the home, so you can imagine the animal hair, mud, and occasional "pet accidents" that have occurred over the years.

Jim cleaned these carpets better than I could have hoped. In fact, the carpet in one room was so bad, I told Jim not to bother cleaning it as I had planned to replace it later this year due to its condition. Jim asked me for permission to clean it anyway, and the results were fantastic! In fact, it appears that that carpet has several more years of life in it.

Jim and New Life Carpet Care were responsive, the prices were very reasonable, and the results were fantastic! I will be utilizing their service again and I HIGHLY recommend contacting them for any carpets that need a thorough cleaning.

Jim Kiely owner of New Life Carpet Care did an AMAZING job on my carpet and rugs!! I could not be any happier with how clean everything looks. He also stretched the carpet in one room using professional tools, its looks like new. I've used several different carpet cleaning services and by far Jim did the best job. Jim was extremely kind and did an amazing job. We needed pet stains cleaned from our dog being sick and he had called ahead of time to explain that he will do his absolute best but there’s no guarantee a stain can be removed completely if it dyed the carpet. Our carpets look brand new now and we can’t even tell there was ever a stain!! The communication and kindness was 10/10!!

Jim was so wonderful. I had a frustrating situation with pet odor and preparing for company, and I was so worried I could not get the carpet clean by anyone on such short notice. He made time for me and provided a wonderful service!

I definitely recommend Jim. My home smells so much better now, and old carpet I thought was at the end of its life is shades brighter and definitely has years left now!

Jim and Kathy are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, hard-working and so friendly. We purchased a 15 year old home that still had the original carpet. There were stains, gum, signs of “hard living”, etc. Jim was able to do wonders with the carpet, especially the stairs. We also purchased the furniture with the home and the upholstery had many signs of “hard living”. Jim was very thorough in finding the best cleaning method for the upholstery and it turned out great. Jim and Kathy stayed all day, and got the job done. They truly over-delivered. As if that was not enough, we also got a great pizza place recommendation from them as well. The pizza was amazing too!!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I would definitely recommend New Life Carpet. Our entire upstairs is white carpet and we have three very young children. There were many spots and the carpet looked dingy. Once they finished it looked like brand new carpet. NO JOKE. They took their time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much! New Life did a fantastic job on our carpets! Jim was responsive and professional, the quote was very reasonable, there were no issues with scheduling, and the carpets look amazing. He cleaned and stretched them and they look brand new! Stains that had been in one room since we moved in (and I assumed were permanent after we'd tried to get them out) are completely gone. I wish we'd called Jim years ago. Highly recommend!
