I am very satisfied with their service. It was quick and on time! Very polite team members like Amanda and Dillan, Thank you for making my experience better and more comfortable! I will stick to this company for future issues or needs. No funny buisness and straight to the point! I definitely would recommend!

Dillan is amazing. Walked us through everything so we understood our situations and issues as well as options. Amazing company. Came out in less than an hour and fixed everything. Truly a 5 star rating earned.

Comfort masters is great! We struck a Freon line with a nail and they were able to come out and get it fixed in less than 3 hours. Rondel was an incredible AC technician, fairly priced and professional. I'll be calling them back for sure. Thank You, Comfort Masters

Rondel knew what he was doing. My heat unit is old but that didn't stop him from checking everything out. He had no problems with liting the pilot for me. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give Suzanne Micheal 10 stars I would. She came and saved the day for our family by fixing our AC after a prior tech from another company caused an wiring issue with our AC which made it to stop working. We were without cool air for hours in this Texas heat on a Saturday. We are so grateful for Suzanne's help and she fixed it quickly and we are now enjoying the cool air in our home again. This was a very interesting service call - I needed service Saturday, and Rondel Campbell was dispatched. His analysis skills were on point, but his soft skills were very good as well. I am a technical guy. I like to either do the work, or know what's being done to my equipment. Not only did Rondel accept the fact I was watching, he encouraged it, saying he liked it when he had customers that were interested in what was being done. I learned a few things (Always good). and he got the system up and working.
For me, this goes a long way toward proving transparency and building trust. We have two systems, the other outdoor unit needs service and I will use Comfort Masters for it as well, and will request Rondel. Thanks!

The call to set up an appointment was super easy. I can’t remember the lady’s name that I spoke to but she was great. Dillion came out just as scheduled and found the problem with my AC was very informative and gave me my best route to go as far as fixing it. Very simple and great service!

Jeremy came out to repair our heating unit and as always he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He has customer service and as always has a smile on his face.

Comfort Masters has always given me and my family piece of mind. Today’s visit was to make sure the inside and outside units are good to go for the winter. Our technician was knowledgeable and helpful.

Knowing the actual price of the products and components, their cost was over true cost but that’s understandable due to the quick service and quality of service.

I was very impressed with the service today! The tech showed great respect for my home by putting on booties before entering, which I really appreciated. He was polite, professional, and very informative—taking the time to explain everything clearly. I especially liked that he documented the work with before-and-after pictures, which gave me peace of mind about the quality of the job. Overall, he went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Jeremy, Service Manager, called last night to help me walk through some possible resolutions for my AC as it was 85 degrees in our house and we were hoping it might be a quick fix over the phone with the thermostat. We tried a couple of things with but nothing seemed to work. This guy leaves his family at 7:00 PM and hops in his truck to come fix the problem and in minutes, the unit kicked on with cool air flowing. This guy was so kind and professional-determined to help us out when we needed it most. I felt so bad that he had to leave his small children and wife late in the evening to do this, but he was genuinely happy to help. He spent the time to walk through the issues and educate me on what the problem was. Have NEVER had this level of service from any company in all my years of construction and real estate. I was expecting a $200+ after-hours fee for this but was shocked it was only $40! That’s unheard of and certainly not my experience from previous companies. He explained that because I had a service agreement with them, there was no after-hours fee. This company is clearly “customer-first”. Going to have them upgrade my old 1979 unit and am looking forward it.

Fast and honest! I was having issues with my unit and someone was able to make it out so quickly to assess everything. I really enjoy working with Dillan, he’s a great guy and is professional and effiecient. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family that move over here!

Jeremy V. was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He worked efficiently and gave a detailed explanation of what was going on with our system, what was needed, and why.

Overall, I will continue using this company for all my HVAC needs—they’re the best!

Dillan came today to check on our system since it’s been a few weeks since install. He arrived on time, and was immediately ready to work. Dillan explained what he was going to do before he started the work as well as his findings after he completed it. Thank you for your professionalism.
