If you are looking for an expert with the highest level of integrity please reach out to Luxe Air. Sami stepped up at a critical time when another company was trying to take advantage of my inlaws. Trying to sell them a system when there was only a slow leak in their coil. They inflated the price for the coil as well as the refrigerant to the tune of 11k to install new coil and refrigerant. Sami came out same day and said he could top off the refrigerant so that my inlaws would have air in their system and could stay in their own home while he ordered the new coil and could get it installed. The part was ordered and installed within the week to the tune of 3k. His knowledge and expertise is amazing, but his customer service is a 10 star!

Sami is the best! He cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help. I had no AC on one of the hottest days of the year in Dallas. He showed up and fixed my AC and got it up and running quickly. I recommend him to my clients and use him myself. He is reliable and knowledgeable. In the past he has fixed things that other AC people have said can’t be fixed. If you haven’t tried him you should.

Not only did Sam come out same day, he went above and beyond repairing my clients AC compressor and condenser with diligent notes and explanation of service before performing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
